Awful Clothes and Awful Lies – Yet another Chinese company masquerading as Australian. The clothing is truly awful and unwearable - I don't know what chemicals they douse it in, but it gave me a headache the moment I opened the bag. I actually cancelled the order before it was posted, because I realised when I got the receipt that it wasn't Australian but Chinese. But the seller deliberately ignored the cancellation notice, and the confirmation of cancellation that followed, and posted anyway. Paypal have been zero use in assisting with a refund. This company also operates as Advanced Performance Training Ltd (in case anyone wants to look them up) and at least a dozen other names. They have zero customer service and deliberately make returning items so difficult that you're more or less forced to keep them. I wouldn't even donate these to charity - I wouldn't wish such awful clothes on even the most desperate homeless person. This company is one of a chain, all operating out of the same address and all pretending to be Australian. I've added some screenshots so people can see some of the other names to avoid and also see what a massive scam this is. The main company behind it seems to be YTO Express, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that's a shell too, because these operators are like Russian dolls, all inside each other and you never get to the bottom. They advertise a lot on social media, so be aware people.
