We recently used Outback epoxy to resurface our garage and found them professional and provided a quality job.
Had a quote booked for 8.30am today. Was home and up since 5am. Two cars in drive way. Front doors wide open including screen door and music on. Absolutely obvious i was home waiting. Dog barked at 8.25am..I was on phone to Dr at the time. Saw his van parked next door. Was walking down stairs to unlock gate and he drove off at 8.26am..I called and messaged him . Said he was not coming back even though could have been no more than 500 mtrs down the road.I took the morning off for this quote Refused my call. Told me to just rebook. Obviously not interested in job. Had many tradies working around my place in last couple months. They have been fantastic.
Couldn’t recommend more. Floor come up amazing workmanship was outstanding.

Very poor finish. Will not take accountability. Wants payment the day of completion even though you can’t walk in and inspect the floor. He will say you don’t have warranty if you don’t pay on this day. He lies repeatedly and then trips himself up in his own lies. He will bully you into paying before you can inspect work. When he attends site to view your issues he will threaten violence to other workers onsite. He is planning a move to QLD which he told another trade not to tell us. He used a cheaper product this time that he previously said was inferior.
