Stay away from them they are scammers – Paid nearly $3000 for a BBQ 9 weeks later still haven't got it, numerous calls go unanswered, they just lie to you about it been sent, give false delivery dockets, you call the freight company and they have not picked up the goods. They need to be shut down for this scam. Stay away from them.

I can't believe all these bad reviews – I recently bought a outdoor kitchen and I have found them to be completely honest and upfront. I have been to there factory to pick up the item and I have also been there when alex showed me how to do the hinges. It does require some patience and nous putting it together but I did it all over 2 days. When I bought the unit the tapware wasn't in but was sent to me via the mail. I'm really surprised to read so many bad reviews. Thanks

Something not right – Well yes I have been tracking this guy (Alex) after winning a bid on ebay and then thinking things were sus when there was no paypal option. the home show. Said he was setting up in Sydney. Said he would take an order and improved quality was coming. Usually you ring and he never pick up but then rings back, Have had phone calls since with him and he stalls re confirming delivering a kitchen to Sydney for review before I pay. I haven't paid any money and wont but this looks to be a Phoenix set up.

Previous business was worst – Google the name 'Blueray Australia'. Will tell you more about the family. They all use each other's name so you don't know who is who. Move from location to location. No point persuing the family, they take your money and spend it all. They are in debt all over the country.

Disgraceful! – No Outdoor Kitchen after 15 weeks! Thats after we were assured 4-5 weeks max. This guy ([name removed]) never returns phone calls, texts or emails. Finally I'd had enough so I drove there today (in Hallam) to confront him in person, only to find him not there and other angry customers like me. I have now decided to pursue legal action with another guy that paid a $2000 deposit at the Home Show.

Biggest Frauds in Australia – Paid for kitchen in Oct 2013, nothing recieved to date except lies. Hollow promises of impending delivery. Now to be settled by court action, what a waste of time. Avoid any dealings with Aristotle or Elizabeth Von Risefer. Just google the name, seems like a family past time ripping off consumers. Rip off merchants, dont deal with them

our kitchen, we lodged a dispute with our bank where the money was debited from by this company, the bank returned our funds based on our complaint back from the account of Outdoor Living Design but gave them 60 days to object, unbelievably they are disputing the return of our funds and now we have to fight this again!!! Beware, they have now changed their trading name to Ever Last Kitchen and are still trying to steal peoples money!!!! You will never receive your kitchen and they will just run with your money and no one is stopping them, fair trading are even toothless tigers that cant touch them, this is unbelievable that someone can just set up a company steal peoples money and then open another trading name and steal more money!!!

Legal Action Req'd – Hi All, I have paid for a BBQ kitchen and have not received anything. I have been promised a million things and even visited there showroom. Rip off operation – Paid in august for a kitchen ...took the cabinets and BBQ away in person from their premises - was promised the 2pack doors would be ready 2 weeks later and splashbacks a couple weeks after that....now december - no doors ....no splashbacks ...no end of excuses , no end of days wasted waiting around for people that never turn up ..lies on top of lies. if someone is doing a group legal please let me know ill happily join in.

Over promise, don't deliver – I paid a $2,000 deposit and the promise to receive an outdoor kitchen in 2-5 weeks. After calling and emailling with no response, some [censored word removed] cardboard boxes (flat packed) arrived on our door step with no instructions to erect - this was 8 weeks after the deposit was paid. together so they agreed to send someone around to put it together - another week later. The bloke did not arrive as promised so I had no choice but to cancel the service and find another builder - what a waste of 9 weeks.....

You should only choose these guys if:

- you have plenty of time on your hands

- have no concern about the end result and quality

- are happy to put the 'jigsaw puzzle' together

- are OK with poor customer service

- are happy to be told one thing and then the other (yes it is made in China....no, it was made in Berwick)
