Unsafe and unfair – I have requested full refund since their delivery partner has not delivered item. I have paid delivery to Outdoor Furniture ideas and when i have requested full refund they have offered 25. % only. This matter has been taken to the office of fair trading. They also request your help with heavy items of course this is disclosed after full payment is made and i will take this further with health and safety.

Wonderful business – Amazing service, beautiful, quality products. I specifically made a trip from Canberra to purchase my chairs. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely family business.

the table delivered yesterday and when I tried to put it together today, I thought they'd send the wrong screws because they didn't seem to fit. I realised it was half hour past their close time so I sent an email. Surprisingly I got an almost immediate reply, followed by a request to do a video call to work through the problem. Embarrassingly enough, it appeared it was user error on my part and the screws were indeed correct.

The customer service from this place is fantastic. And I really do love my table. Definitely consider checking these guys out if you're in the market for new outdoor furniture.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and in the end did not receive the product I had waited months for – I ordered outdoor furniture online and followed their instructions, paying a deposit and advising them. February. No compensation was offered for such a protracted delay and I had to continually ask for updates instead of being advised of the status of my order. No empathy was shown during interactions. In March I was called to make full payment prior to my goods being dispatched and when I requested photos of my goods and a delivery date I was told they would prefer to give me a refund rather than put that in writing. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing considering the patience I exercised awaiting for this order. By then (5 months after my initial order) I was fed up and asked for a refund.

Fantastic Customer Service – I accidentally ordered the wrong colour table to go with my chairs. I had a phone call from them within 5 minutes of ordering to let me know and change the table. My items were delivered the next day. We live rural NSW. You can’t get better than that. Highly recommend.

Great product, amazing service – Incredibly responsive and helpful service, great products (Nardi outdoor set) and extremely quick dispatch / delivery. Yes there’s a significant PayPal fee but it’s clearly outlined and there are other options for payment. Very happy with our purchase.

The worst run business in Australia – I'm going to stay factual: 1. Against PayPal's recommendation, and without any disclosure, they will hit you for a Paypal fee bigger than any credit card company. 2. They are in breach of all privacy and data security laws. 3. Excellent all round!! – Made an online purchase after calling the 1300 number to confirm stock and delivery date. Product ordered on Thursday and delivered Tuesday, excellent. All well organised, polite and efficient. The Nardi range is sturdy and stylish. I fully recommend this company.

mobile and the owner picked up the phone. I honestly expected him to say sorry closed you will have to wait two weeks for when we return to the shop. He listened to my problem, drove into his warehouse and tried to fix the problem on the phone. After no luck he said it would be difficult to get a new setting out as it is Christmas and transport is all tied up ( I work in retail so know that's very true) he also said they were shut for two weeks and systems were all closed down. I explained we had a New Years party at our house so couldn't wait. To my suprise he called back later had found transport on Christmas Eve and opened his business back up to send a replacement table. He even said we could keep the faulty one. This is just incredible customer service and I will have no hesitation ever buying from them again. What could have been a terrible situation was turned around very quickly with brilliant customer service.
