Brilliant customer service! – I ordered a scope but they didn't have it in stock. They called me the same day I ordered it to apologies and said it would be a couple of weeks to get in or they could refund me - I chose the refund. They refunded me there and then over the phone and I had my money back the next day. I will shop there again!

have really looked after me if there has been any issue with stock e.g. offering an alternative item. They take a personal approach with customers in email or over the phone that I find refreshing, so I will keep buying from them.

Burke and Wills oilskin coat – Bought and paid for it on websight, they sold it at a trade show and then could not fill my order, I had to chase it up when I didnt receive it, they cannot fill my order, money to be refunded.... oh sorry.... really pathetic service wont be shopping there again

DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE – Purchased a gel gun ($100). The shooting distance was 20 metres. Unfortunately about 5m was all I got. Shot my leg at close range and there was no power from the gel balls at all. Called the supplier and it was recommended we recharge to full and then clean it. Don't know how you would clean it and also why you would have to clean a brand new gun. SKD CS-007 is not a good product to buy. Disappointing purchase for me.

number, but Outdoor Warehouse is an exception with phone support. The variety of stock is amazing and most interesting for lovers of camping and outdoor living. I have not seen some of the items they have for sale elsewhere in Australia.
