STAY AWAY - SCAM – Do no buy from this website, this is a scam. It looks legitimate but do me a favour and never buy on this site. I bought 2 items and never received them. After several attempts in contacting them via emails I never heard back. Luckily, I reported them to my bank and after further investigations I got my money back. Show details

Scam - don't purchase from this site! – After attempting to contact them various times via their website contact forum, I sent them a rather threatening direct email to try and get my money back - I'm still surprised I actually got my money back! the same ordeal: Me: "As I am still to have confirmation of shipment for my order #6445 placed almost a month ago on the 17th of August, or any response to the messages I have sent online via you contact, I am requesting a full refund from the purchase price including shipping totalling $95.00 AUD. If my order is not cancelled and I do not receive the total amount of $95.00 AUD refunded to my method of payment I will report your company to Shopify and seek legal advice to ensure this matter is resolved and does not happen again to other people."

Overstoc: "Thank you for your patience! Apologies for this inconvenience. We went ahead and put in the request for a replacement while we wait for feedback from the store but no worries we have your replacement order in line for shipping. We will send you the tracking number as soon as it is generated. Let me know if you have other questions. Have a great day!"

Me: "Hi, No sorry it has been far too long since I placed the order or even received a response. This was a gift for my sister's birthday that I ordered well in advance therefore it is very reasonable to request a full refund and to cancel the order."

Overstoc: "I've requested your refund for your last order ##6445, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase."

Scammers! Fake ANINE BING! – Sham of a company. Selling fake Anine Bing as authentic. Forced refund via PayPal after they ignored my emails and FB messages. They delete all the comments on their FB ads so buyers can’t see what other buyers are saying. These scammers are bad news! Do not part with your hard earned dollars - save up for the real deal. Scam!! – Don't order! I returned a shirt which was likely a fake Anine Bing, and after a month still have not received my refund. I will have to chase through my credit card, which is super annoying. Do not buy from them!! Show details

Don't buy from Overstoc – The product is not genuine. Didn't refund for returned item. Paypal forced refund at the end. Unpleasant transaction. Please be aware!

Do not buy!!!! – Haven't received my replacement item and polo jumper it's been over a month. I also haven't received my refund for a returned item. They just send an auto email response and have done nothing. Do not buy!!!!

Items arrived, they were not authentic as I have some other items from the label (not correct colours, awful stitching, thin material and very small fit) I contacted again via FB, queried them on the authenticity of the items and asked on how I get a refund, Frances apologised and said my return label has been requested and once the quality team look over the items they will get back to me, I then sent a follow up message as to why they needed review the products they’d sent me. They disregarded the authenticity statement. No reply.. two days passed… I saw an ad pop up on my fb with other girls commenting on purchasing the tops what a great deal (I commented to overstoc on this post) I went to contact again via fb messenger and they have blocked me from being able to send them messages. Absolute scam of a company ripping people off.

Products smell of mold - DO NOT BUY – I purchased a few items from there. When the products arrived, they stank of mold, I tried washing them twice and they smelt. When I asked for a refund, they would respond to every 3 emails by saying Your return label will be issued shortly. Its been almost a month and I have not heard back. DO NOT BUY
