Oxfam data breach – I donated to Oxfam years ago. I received an email recently saying my personal information had been "unlawfully accessed by an external party." According to their website, I could request my personally identifiable information be removed. I sent in a request over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. I will never donate to Oxfam again.

Avoid at all cost – I once made the mistake of donating to this charity. Since that day on, it's been years and years, they keep sending me letters in official looking envelopes. I have tried everything to make them stop mailbombing my address, nothing works. So buyer beware as once they have your details they will NOT let go.

Authentic and ethical – I love the products and the story behind them. Great service It is a fantastic idea. It is a shame that the last 2 stores I go to, broadway and sydney cbd, have now closed Show details

Beautiful quality hand crafted wares – I have bought from the Oxfam online store over a number of years. I love the products and I love reading about the artisans. I purchase home wares and gifts. All very good quality products. The appeal for me is the products are different from what there is in the stores that we all frequent, and the products are beautiful. I have only had to ask for customer service from Oxfam a couple of times and they are lovely to do business with.

Wonderful, wonderful service – I bought a beautiful black cloth mother doll. It was meant to come with a baby doll and I was disappointed that when it arrived the baby doll was missing. I dont think their service could have been better. I plan to buy more from them in the future. Excellent with dealing with mistakes. Lovely products.

Great place for gift ideas – This website is a great place to purchase gifts online, especially if you have socially conscious friends. It is very easy to find fair trade products, as well as those which are gentle on the earth (i.e. organic) and this has helped with finding the perfect gift for my friends, who would prefer something with thought put into it. will buy a village a toilet to use and oxfam send you a lovely card inside explaining what they have got for there present. Great site and a very good cause too. The website is well made and easy to navigate yourself around it.
