Started out great but ended with a poor taste – The company is one of the accredited installers of energy efficient HVAC systems who could tap into the various rebates. Started out great with site visit to determine installation and proposing a good system to suit our needs. The trades who arrived were also great. Finished up the work on time and in great fashion, taking care of the entire installation process. So why the 2 stars? As part of the agreed installation with payment made, there was supposed to be the delivery and installation of WiFi control units for the split system. With much ding donging around and promises that it will be delivered and installed, it has still not been done. Further requests to cancel and get a refund for the control units have hit a wall. It has been 1.5 months since initial installation and still no action from the company to deliver what has been invoiced. Definitely have lost the trust and therefore not recommended to my friends who would have been potential customers.

Update: 3 stars after the company got back to me to process the refund I asked for after reviews were posted.
