Placed and paid for an order for a PetRide guard on Feb 20th and so far as at Mar 11th have heard nothing about it being sent. Have sent OzBargain an email but so far no response on that. Considering going to see the bank and having the transaction reversed.
Follow-up · Yes I got a order confirmation which said I could "track order with shop". When that was selected I then was asked to scan a QR display. When I then open the link on my phone it takes me to a page displaying footwear and shows I have 1 item in my cart. When I select that cart it takes me to a "Pup Quest" page sowing a back seat dog guard cover. It shows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about my order or payment. This whole thing is a farce. Can only suggest it is a scam as there is no delivery of the item and no way to contact the supplier. The only communication I ever got was the order confirmation...that's all. No delivery estimate, no other communication.
That should read Oz Bargains not Ox Bargains

An update on this. Telstra advised the number for contacting them has been disconnected. They do not respond to any emails. There is another business with a similar name and they were helpful in providing me more details on the management of Ox Bargains. I did then call a fellow named [Name Removed]. He replied by sms saying he was just a site manager and would help me but he did not do anything. He then ignored further messages sent to his email address and SMS sent to his phone number. This business is a disgrace. I have gone to my bank to commence a charge back.
