OZ clean, Ozis, Ozzis have many false reviews. They appear to be written by the same person. Exceptional, exceeded my expectations. The one star reviews are from people who were ripped off, uncharged and not clean.

up getting a plumber & pd another $200 to get it fixed. Back sliding screen door not touched told them they came back with just “see what happens with the Property manager”Real estate came screens still dirty ceiling fans had marks around them on the ceiling ( cleaners had put the blades on their sides which in turned marked the ceiling around the fan) also lots of things not cleaned. Marks on the walls from the wall wash. cleaners said we’ll come back & fix couldn’t tell me when & I said no as didn’t want any more damage. I had to go back & clean soo much & take more time off work to finish it . I feel completely ripped off ! BEWARE they come under ozis cleaners and oz clean . I found them on Hipages complained to them but nothing just crickets! Disgusting!! Photos of dirty cloths was the window & door screens that they said they had cleaned.

Not good – Terrible experience. The miscommunication, expense and low quality cleaning was very disappointing.
Borderline scam – My partner got a quote to clean a rug that had cat pee in it for $140 - $150. We specifically mentioned the pee and that we had to get the odour out. John gave us this quote when already informed of this. We organised the cleaner to come on 19/05/2022, but couldn't make it last minute, so we organised it for the next day on the 20th (Friday). partner had to go out for work so she just told me it should cost around $150. At this point I wasn't aware of the specifics of the quote. When the cleaner arrived, he said cat pee needs special chemicals and would cost extra, which would then equal $220. He also then said that GST will also need to be payable on top of that, thus equalling $242. This is also consistent with the declare of GST issue that R Carey experienced (another review for this company). I was confused about the price but thought that maybe the original quote didn't account for the cat pee? I was rushing for work at the time, so I paid the amount.
When my partner came home (after hours on Friday), we worked out what went wrong and decided to reach out the following Monday 23rd. On Monday, we contacted customer support who said they would have someone on the team reach out to us within 48 - 72 hours. No contact, so we reached out again the following week and explained the situation again and support said someone would reach out in 24 hours. After that passed with no contact we reached out a third time and said we'd stay in the chatbox until someone called. We were promised contact within 10 minutes, but again nothing happened. It's now a new week and I'm writing this review just in the hopes that perhaps someone on their team can actually reach us and discuss the issue, otherwise I will have to push this to the ACCC as well.
TL;DR This company lies about pricing and refuses support for weeks even when constantly requested for communication.
The rug also still smells, so they didn't really do that great a job anyway
Very professional – Friendly and very professional. They were very professional and personable. The price I paid was the same as the quote I received over the phone. My carpet looked and smelled amazing after! I would definitely use them again!

Don't go near these people – Oz Clean Team quoted $90 per drop to dry clean my curtains. At 8 drops that should have been $720. At the end of the rather shoddily done job, the operator demanded a cash payment of $810, telling my husband the additional $90 was for GST. When I discovered this I contacted the company and informed them it is illegal to quote to private… Read more
individuals without the GST included and asked for the return of the $90. [Name Removed] wanted 2 days to investigate. 3 days later, I contacted him and he refused to reply. I have no option but to report them to the ACCC. Don't have anything to do with these people. I thought it may have been an honest mistake but clearly not. And they can't figure that 10% of $720 is $72, even if the operator believed it was legal. On the receipt he has $90 for 9 drops and there are definitely only 8. He argued with my husband telling him the extra was for GST and even told him he was getting one for free! Plus he has payment by credit card listed and it was cash, withdrawn from the ATM. Shonky!
