They were happy to take the money then not send out the product. Won't reply to emails then when they do, it's a generic email saying they will be in touch shortly. Don't not buy from these guys.

Scam Company! Sent wrong product and their email and phone number don’t work! Don’t order from here

Ordered something from these guys, and they sent the wrong product. Contacted them the day I received the package via email, got an automatic reply saying staff shortages may delay shipments, but someone will be in contact with you in a few days - 15 days and three emails later, nothing. The listed phone number is not connected.

Scammers – Oz Chemist is a scam, they show really low prices on certain items to bait you into spending money on other items. However they have no intentions on sending you those bait items, only sending the other full priced items you end up buying.

Scam company – Appalling company. 2.5 weeks and no sign of order for which I have paid in full. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Non delivery of paid order – Have not recieved my order after 3 weeks (which they certainly took the money for) and when I emailed they sent a generic 'have patience blah blah' email. I have now requested a refund with no reply. SCAM COMPANY, DONT USE.

Shipped incorrect product – We received incorrect items in our order vs what we actually ordered. I have emailed their customer care, submitted a contact form on their website, and tried many times to call. All of this has resulted in NO contact with or from OZ Chemist. Partial order delivery – Placed an order for multiple products. They refunded 40% of what I paid and delivered 50% of my order. They refuse to respond to any of my emails.

Have ordered multiple times since early… – Have ordered multiple times since early 2021. Sure early 2022 saw some delays, but other than January 2022, our ordering is seamless.

Terrible customer service- total scam – Order RATS back in January, happily paid my money, then found out there would be a delay. 3 months later received the RATS although in between I attempted to request a refund with 0 replies. Non existent customer service. Very unhappy!!! They should be ashamed

Items not delivered – Ordered RATs way back when none in store. STILL not arrived. Called x 2 plus multiple emails. Still no response. Dreadful service on the RATs. Previously ordered items did come on time and as advertised, so I am particularly disappointed. Will not use service again.

Ignored then lied to – Ordered Jan 10th. Weeks later no shipment. Then contact and no reply. Thought it was a scam. Get rely in February that order a couple of weeks. At end of feb request money back for third time. Get told full refund. Still no refund and now been advised items are on the way two months after order and told I’d get my money back. Just poor unreliable service and lies.

Did not supply – Order RATS early Jan. After a month of non supply requested a refund. Company confirmed that they would refund, but failed to do so. Emailed multiple times to request refund again, and company did not reply. Would never deal with this company again.

Rip off merchants do not waste your money – Order placed for rats early January and site states were in stock and would be shipping within a few business days. By February nothing had been received. Phone number doesn't work, mobile doesn't work. 7 emails have been sent and noone bothers to respond. I've demanded a refund and still nothing. Have now had to report to the bank, the ACCC, TGA & consumer affairs.

they are not taking any phone orders or queries, but to order online or via email. Do yourself a favour - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! I have now lodged a dispute for a refund via PayPal.

Lack of response from supplier – Purchased items from Oz Medical Supplies 15 days ago. Have sent 3 emails with no response. At time of ordering items were in stock. Disappointed with no response. Please respond.
