AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought a phone charger from Ozerty for $32.31c and it arrived to me as described. That's what I did authorise. What i didn't authorise was a further 2 charges of $29.95c and $60 to my bank account when I hadn't bought anything else. At the bottom of the online purchase page in a very small font is a paragraph mentioning what happens if you the ECO charge is applied. and refund or cancel the order. There is absolutely no clear info in the order process that explains this and they cannot tell me why they charge it. Because they steal off unsuspecting buyers. They have no morals or ethics and I know that in the end karma will get them but at the cost of poor people who cannot afford to have their money stolen. I have purchased many products off other companies and never had anything like this happen before. This is one of those companies that you should steer very clear if. Hopefully soon they will be out of business for unethical practices.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Do not order from this company. I did not get what I ordered, I was sent something else. After jumping through multiple hoops I was told in order to be refunded I was going to have to return item to China. Had to settle for a 50% refund.
I had some issue with the product I received. There was a quick turnaround to my query but the solution offered was something else other than replacement. However, after I stated the product needed to be replaced, no questions were asked and the product was replaced quickly.

another email stating that it was confirmed. Contacted them straight away to cancel and was told it had already been transferred to shipping and my only option was to claim a refund once received. Then saw there were two charges and when I contacted them was told that the second was an 'eco charge' because my order (which I never completed) was under $40 and 'thanks for supporting sustainable practices'. Poor quality magnetic door screen. The magnets don't line up and leave gaps. And while they say they don't keep your card details, two days later they charged an "ecocharge" of $39 approx dollars because I spent under a certain amount.
Follow-up · There was absolutely no warning of an ecocharge. Installation was easy but not enough Velcro to hold it down on a windy day. Plenty of gaps for bugs to come in.
