AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought a phone charger from Ozerty for $32.31c and it arrived to me as described. That's what I did authorise. What i didn't authorise was a further 2 charges of $29.95c and $60 to my bank account when I hadn't bought anything else. I raised the dispute with my bank and they were unable to recover the stolen money. AVOID OZERTY AT ALL TIMES!!!

Unfortunately I went for advert from this company for a bread knife which they said was Japanese made for $20AUD. Although they constantly kept me updated with the delivery I wasn't impressed when I received the knife as no manufacturer marker was stamped on the blade or the box it arrived in. I have sent them an email giving them full details as shown on my statement only to receive an email requesting a screenshot of my statement. Surely I do not have be obliged to prove anything. The Company should check their System and find out what they plucked from my credit card and give me a refund. Saga ongoing. I just wish I had checked this rogue company on your site before dealing with them.

It arrived broken. It didn’t look like the product advertised. It did not have a top zipper like the photo in the add. Customer Service gave me an address where I could return the item at my own expense. It was China! The would not refund.

There is nothing wrong with the product it's just unsuitable for my knee as per my physios advice the problem is contacting and speaking to a person I am 77 years old and I find your system very very difficult to use be safe be lucky be happy be careful

keep getting are automated responses how they are sorry but no refund will be given for faulty item. I strongly recommend to stay away from this trader.

The order arrived in a timely manner however it was not exactly as the picture defined in the advertising after some discussion it was agreed to get a 50% refund although I felt it should be 100%

Ozerty are an absolute bunch of con artists. Bought two items that arrived damaged. Then found that they signed me up for continual monthly payments. Said I didn't opt out of it. I was concerned about my purchase taking so long but each time I emailed to follow up I got immediate response and was very pleased with that. I did get my purchase and realised it may just have been Xmas load that held things up.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Do not order from this company. I did not get what I ordered, I was sent something else. After jumping through multiple hoops I was told in order to be refunded I was going to have to return item to China. Had to settle for a 50% refund.

I had some issue with the product I received. There was a quick turnaround to my query but the solution offered was something else other than replacement. However, after I stated the product needed to be replaced, no questions were asked and the product was replaced quickly.

It's difficult to rate Ozerty because I had a mixed experience. If you’re ordering from this company be prepared for additional charges , ECO for example! This is added to your credit card days after the transaction and usually more than your purchase price! Will never use them again !!

another email stating that it was confirmed. Contacted them straight away to cancel and was told it had already been transferred to shipping and my only option was to claim a refund once received. Then saw there were two charges and when I contacted them was told that the second was an 'eco charge' because my order (which I never completed) was under $40 and 'thanks for supporting sustainable practices'. have not responded about the unit not working. Will try to find where to sent the emails to somewhere that follows up these problems. Also the website appears to be Australian even with Australia in its name but does not have AU on the end.

Do not buy from this company. They charge extra charges on your credit card. The cost of the item ends up to be more than double of what is initially stated. contacted the company to ask if this "eco charge" would be refunded upon returning the item, they repeatedly avoided answering my simple question. After four emails, they finally confirmed it would not be refunded. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the whole process.

Based on my own research, many others have faced similar issues with this company. I strongly advise avoiding them to prevent the same frustrating and disappointing experience.

Like everyone else has also mentioned there is nothing that clearly highlights a $29.95 charge if you do not order at least $40 worth of product. It is buried in your invoice which is too late. No other platform does it this poorly -not ebay/Amazon/Temu. Never again, should have checked reviews first.

Very disappointed with Ozerty! They keep deducting money from my account without authorization. I never agreed to any subscription, yet they charged me again after I had already complained before. There’s no proper contact number and customer support is useless. Feels like a scam website — beware and avoid ordering from Ozerty!
