I joined Ozetel to get a virtual mobile number on 22nd August. I paid all up $25 for opening the account, a month's service @ $8.80 per month and credit for texts that I might send/receive. However on 8th September I received three deductions of $10 each from my bank account for 'credits'. Since I already had credit and had only received one text I didn't need more credits so I requested a refund. I was refused. I asked again and again was refused. I explained it would take me years to use up that amount of credit because I would only be using the service occasionally. So I had no choice but to cancel the service. They did give me a full refund but only after I resigned. Why couldn't he have just given me a refund and kept me on as a customer? Terrible customer service.
