Dodo NBN Internet

I have been using different internet services till my 12 years at Australia . Once I switched my internet with DoDo it's been incredible fast and reliable . I love it .

We have been with Dodo for a long time and have never had any issues with streaming. We also have the mobile phone with Dodo. Have never to ring with any issues. If NBN are doing a Outage Dodo always let me know in advance but it normally never affects our system. Even with the downgrade recently it is working as normal

We have Dodo at home and it is absolutely fantastic. It’s reliable. We’re happy with the monthly price and being unlimited we have no concerns what to watch or not to watch on TV Netflix or other. I totally recommend Dodo if you are thinking about getting Internet. They answer the phone when you ring and happily answer any questions in a professional manner.

You cancelled my wireless internet service after I had just bought a new modem to suit unnotified change of service conditions. You are rubbish, take an hour at least to answer enquiries, generally unsatisfactory replies and no knowledge of changed carrier conditions.

It gets the job done at a good price. I like my Dodo.

Internet service is reliable, efficient enough for a standard household. In fact not sure why we keep paying more tbh. how many People in this country pay fees for line services/maintenance etc THAT FEE MUST BE COMING DOWN BY NOW..! thats gotta be millions/billions/trillions into "that service fee" AND TO TOP THAT OFF the possibility many of the staff members that push buttons and answer calls DO NOT even LIVE here in Aussie and live In Another Country, taking their wage they earnt from customer service to the Australia community off shore NOT even supporting our country, where they work and to top that off probably pay bugger all all tax too. So I WOULD APPRECIATE THE FEES CHARGED TO ACTUALLY REFLECT THE SERVICE BEING PROVIDED and bring the call service jobs BACK TO OUR SOIL where we speak bloody good english, love a yarn with our mates and a good laugh too and we have less frustration due to language barrier

my PS5. Online gaming had become genuinely frustrating with my previous provider, especially during peak hours. Lag, inconsistent connection and the feeling that I couldn't rely on my connection when I wanted to play were probably my biggest reasons for finally making the switch.

And that's exactly what I've experienced with Dodo.

The connection has been consistently stable, even during busy evening hours. My PS5 online experience has been much smoother and, most importantly, predictable. The setup was straightforward, the modem arrived when promised, and activation happened on schedule. No complicated process, no unnecessary waiting around.

I also had a billing question and expected the usual long wait and being passed from one person to another. Instead, customer support answered within a few minutes and resolved the issue on the first call.

The monthly bill has also been exactly what I expected, with no surprises.

What I appreciate most is that I no longer think about my internet. It just works.

After being frustrated with unreliable service, that might sound like a small thing, but it has made a genuine difference to our household.

other suppliers. Signing up was very easy, as was arranging the direct debit. Over the months the upload and download speeds (during peak hour) were pretty close to what was advertised. No dropouts except NBN problems about which Dodo constantly kept me up to date. Great product. I then wanted to add my mobile phone, porting my existing number. There were clear instructions on Dodo’s website. Put the new SIM in, and as usual with me, didn’t work. Hmm, I rang the Dodo helpline with some trepidation, expecting to be put on. But no, within a couple of minutes my call was answered by a very knowledgeable Tech who spoke excellent English. I was really impressed. We fixed the phone and I was on my way. Nice work. A few months later I got an email from Dodo. They had been monitoring my usage of the internet and considered I was on a plan far in excess of what I used or needed. They suggested I downgrade and save $19 a month. It’s not often a Company tells you a way to save money on their services, cutting their revenue. Well, I did so and haven’t noticed any difference. A really great suggestion and shows a high level of customer care. All in all, Dodo, excellent service. Thank you.

Very affordable for big family like mine Sometimes can run slow Just need to contact them and they will usually fix things up right away. I'm happy with the service and bundle I'm on and would recommend for families and individuals on budget. Thanks
