customer service line. Staff were friendly and courteous at all times. Sadly, my first contact resulted in the representative not honouring the promotional offer. It took a second call, speaking with a different representative, for the promotional price to be offered under the same conditions as on their webpage.

Somehow, connection happened 1 month before the agreed date (surprise!). Now, this is where I'll give credit to the Dodo team as they proactively put in place remedial measures to compensate me for this. Note that I didn't have to complain or even go over a lot of back and forth with them, nor escalate the matter upwards, they addressed the matter proactively! Well done Dodo team!

Despite the above mishap of connecting me too soon, the connection process was smooth, quick and hassle free, with hardly any noticeable interruption of my NBN service when switching from my previous provider.

Further to the above, immediately after sign up, they communicated a price hike, not nice when the client has just signed up. However, another point in favor of the Dodo team and that, once again, proactively, they took immediate action to remedy that.

Note this review only covers the first few weeks of service, including the sign up process and initial interactions with the Dodo team.

Our NBN infact was very stable as we hardly had any problems with our internet connection because it is offering a very reliable service with minimal dropouts. The NBN connection pricing is a very competitive one as it is value for money once compared to other internet providers but hence anyone must look it up on the internet as find how low it's Dodo NBN pricing is , very competitive when it comes to it's NBN or Telco services to anyone who needs a stable internet service. And recently our household had just received an adjusted price of even more discounts and savings or a reduction in our Telco service connection of 10 percent or more. This is in fact due to our long period of connection with Telco NBN services once we joined up as we have had for over 20 years of connection with Telco telecommunications internet connection. Thus we became a valued customer indeed. Thinking back we hardly had ever any service disruptions because I suppose they are reliable in the sense Dodo is an extremely viable internet provider that has less hassles even when there are thunderstorms in the area. Most often assuredly any minor problems would have been fixed in due course as they the Telco people are often at the premises to fix any damage if there was one but our Telco services had never experienced such difficulties as this before. Dodo people were always extremely polite as I have often dealt with them such as queries related to our account of payment of bills. Dodo had a flexible plan or payment system when it comes to billing, we often required an service assistance with our bills at times as often applied an extension on our payments, you can do it yourself on myDodo Self service when you login to your account online. Hence this is an great position for us as we often have other bills to pay. We are ensured maximum coverage in our area with variable speed hence arguably they are competitive in the sense we have had minimal issues when it came to coverage as we had optimal service internet or even reliable internet service with minimal outages or dropouts. Hence we experience no lack with our service as we had broad internet coverage in our area or service. if there are any difficulties this is almost handled by the sales department or technical department by all means. The department is well equipped to handle any hassles you may have regardless of where you are. We have never had any trouble with our system or chaos at any time with our service connection hence any minor troubles was dealt by the sales or technical departments with very enjoyable moments when speaking to a qualified customer service operator hence our issues were minor. If you do have a major issue though , all complaints are handled by the Telco communications with utmost loyalty. I have always had a terrific experience when dealing with customer service enquiries . The sales are very considerate as always a pleasure to deal with. Hence you can say that Dodo Telco communications services is arguably an extremely viable internet provider with massive popularity due to it's offering of a stable or reliable service connection as they are a huge entity.

Expensive, drops in and out with regularity , did take no responsibility, price keeps increasing, will be leaving soon, can not provide email s anymore (in or out) stating its because i have an iphone???? Over this company and would strongly suggest you look elsewhere! dodo say there is no issue with connection and can not explain why plan keeps increasing as the service isnt improving

I bought this internet as we are a family who all enjoy streaming & gaming simultaneously yet separately. I also have a family member studying animation. The 100 premium managers to load quickly, rarely lags or encounters buffing issues or drop outs.

Good reliable internet at a great price. Changing to Dodo was a breeze and they gave the option to schedule the transfer date which was helpful for me to line up with my existing billing cycle. Haven’t had any issues at all and very easy to manage.

The onboarding process was really smooth. There wasn't any hassle. I also received a good discount for 6 months as a new customer. I also got the modem through Dodo. It came pre-configured, so there was no hassle setting it up; it was just plug-and-play. I am experiencing good internet speed, and it is in line with what they promised on the website.

I changed from another provider that provided wireless broadband because it was not reliable and was getting more expensive. The NBN 25 plan I got in mid-2024 from Dodo came with a discounted rate for 6 months. The speed was enough, and was completely stable. I was up and running in 24 hrs. A year later the NBN 25 plan increased to $68.90 per month, but at least that was followed later that year with a speed increase to NBN 25/10.

find the customer service reps are more technically savvy than some providers - yes they follow a script, and even if you are experienced, you must follow their script until resolution.

Have been with dodo for almost 10 years. Wonderful customer service, exceeds my households needs (2 children with severe disabilities and 4 adults), very rarely have connection issues, never have any problems streaming multiple devices. Couldn't ask for a more reliable service

AP's and devices but they all have the same issue. I tried getting Dodo to investigate but I was brushed off with claims it is my equipment....Considering Starlink if nothing is done about it.

 Follow-up  · It got so bad I cancelled and changed providers. In the end Dodo wanted to automatically downgrade my service but charge me more.....never again will I use Dodo....

Streaming a movie? Great idea. You’ll have plenty of time to make popcorn, eat it, wash the bowl, and question your life choices before the buffering ends.

The connection appears briefly, waddles around for a bit, then disappears without warning. Every time I think it’s back, it’s just another false sighting.

To be fair, Dodo has helped me reduce my screen time dramatically, mostly because I can’t get online.

Five stars for improving my work/life balance.

In a household where the Wi-Fi is expected to support streaming, working, scrolling, gaming, and approximately 47 devices that I don't even remember connecting, Dodo has somehow kept up without breaking a sweat.

The setup was easy, the service has been brilliant, and I can confidently say Dodo has exceeded every expectation I had. Which, after dealing with internet providers in the past, feels nothing short of a modern-day miracle.

The setup process was straightforward, and I appreciated how easy it was to get connected. Whenever I’ve needed to contact customer support, the staff have been friendly, patient and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with people who actually take the time to resolve your issue instead of reading from a script.

risen, but I have not seen any improvement /upgrade to the service. I have experienced very few occasions where the internet service has dropped out, but a simple turn off and on again at the modem seems to fix the issue.

A reasonable company to deal with. Generally have quite reasonable and competitive prices, which is why I have been with them for a while. If I have had problems, it is usually a long phone que to wait in. Once connected to a customer service person they have been reasonable and helpful to deal with. There have been some periodic price increases recently and I need to review my plan.
