Ron and John repaired my 20 year old microwave. Job done clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Very grateful.
My 10+ year old Siemans dishwasher had a leak (E15 messages) and had stopped cleaning the lower shelf. The first technician cleared a bean from the lower spinner and recommended a new pump and I was quoted the cost and installation which was paid in advance with call out fee deducted. A week later, Christian installed the part. The problems… Read more
persisted so he came back and spent 2 hours of unbilled time to figure out what else could be wrong. A new flow sensor and seals were ordered and quoted including installation. Again paid in advance and within a week was installed. Leaking issue solved however lower spinner still not solved. Christian spent more unbilled time to rethink the problem. Recommended a new motor which was supplied and installed at no further cost. Dishwasher now works perfectly and a machine was saved from landfill.
Joy R is a true professional and efficient. He has a good knowledge of the appliance - Bosch Induction Cooktop. He did an amazing job and identified that the connections for the right bottom hob are not connected properly. He connected the harness again, tested to ensure all good to work. I highly recommend Joy R for the overall service quality.
We had our dishwasher repaired Jinson was professional, very friendly Karen
Con scums – I had been referred to them for my Bosch dishwasher by Bosch. They came out and said it was a warranty repair. They then told me that i needed to buy salt from them. I was confused as when I read the manual it clearly states the salt isn't plumbed in Australia and not to be used. They scratch my cabinets and floors. They then send me a message to… Read more
say they will send me the quote once I pay the call out fee. I contact Bosch and tell them of their salt sales pitch. Bosch confirm that the salt compartment is not plumbed or used in WA. They came back to fix the dishwasher once the part arrived (Bosch paid for it all). Funnily enough the same issue continues to occur. I paid an incredible appliance centre in Greenwood to fix the problem they clearly didn't fix. Avoid these conmen all you can. I left a review on Facebook and they have now taken away the reviews section.
Perfect Service – Ozi Appliances where engaged by LG Australia to deal with a warranty issue for my OLED TV - the screen needed to be replaced (because of that I cannot comment on pricing). Their team executed the job expediently, and constantly kept me informed about the state of play. The technician who came in was very friendly, and clearly skilled and very organized in what he was doing.
Be careful with these guys ! – We purchased a battery for $170 for our LG cord zero vacuum cleaner. We took the battery out to our car and tried it in the vacuum cleaner but it didn't work. We immediately returned the battery seeking a refund only to be told a 30% reduction applied as the battery had left the store. We were refunded $119 .... we have never heard of this situation anywhere and suspect it breaches basic retail refund policies ?
Useless – Came and picked our dryer for repairs. They brought it back worst that it went, damaged and the original problem was still there. So a week without the dryer because of this useless, machine came back scratched all over and they damaged the fins on the condenser unit .
TV Repair – Large 75" TV didn't come on at all. This was a warranty job. Ozi Appliances Centre provided a very effective and professional service. Quick fault location and replacement of Power Board within a few days. Clear timing and friendly technician.Very happy.
Absolutely Appalling – I took my LG Roboking into WA Appliances literally months ago as i was having issues. After being without the machine for over four months, I only collected it last Thursday it is still not fixed. Supposedly the sensor has been replaced however very embarrassing as my neighbour was going to buy the unit off me as I replaced it due to having… Read more
nothing to vacumm my apartment with for over four months only to find that the unit will not return to the docking station. To say I am completely dismayed is an understatement. All these months without it and still not working properly.
Awaiting answers – Dropped it in on Friday morning 17th of January and still waiting any contact, paid deposit. I have a feeling i am been messed about !!!! A block on some channels being tuned in due to it been a restricted TV (only some channels i.e. hotel tv). Have seen it as an easy fix on Google but giving them the benefit to at least get back to me. If no… Read more

Tradesmen with Poor Skills – Called Asko to report problem with Asko dishwasher. Recommended authorised repairer in Ozi Appliances Centre of Clarkson. Tradesperson arrived and attempted to remove screws in order to pull out dishwasher to investigate. Could not remove the screws because they were rusty and in the course damaged the heads. Advised that it was my problem to sort… Read more
out the rusty screws and he would return once that task was completed. Not being a tradesperson I utilised my brain and got the screws out within 4 minutes.
The dishwasher was pulled out and in the course left deep scratches on the slate. After 5 minutes he advised that a part was required. Part ordered another person came out fitted it to and dishwasher still not quite right. Third person came out and diagnosed faulty pump. By that time we had paid up front $214 for a bunch of hillbillies who had no knowledge or understanding of what they were fixing. Needless to say we went into the market place and bought a new dishwasher obviously not an Asko as a result of the experience. It seems Asko do not do due diligence as to who they authorise as their official repairer. Sure way for future sales to plummet.
