It works! – This stuff says it really works and it does. Cole’s ran out and I bought a different brand and it’s not as good as this one. Spray and wipe!

Fantastic bbq cleaner. I was surprised – I had purchased this from coles and said I’ll give it a try. Christmas Eve needed to get the bbq clean for Christmas party. Had to clean the grills and the hot plate on my gas bbq. Haven’t cleaned it in 18 moths. I knew this was going to be a big job. Bit magic happened BBQ KLEEN worked a treat. Could not believe the outcome. Looks like new.

Bbq cleaner – Doesn’t work and seems to have bubbled painted surfaces. Used it as per instructions and didn’t lift the grease at all. I’ve used other more expensive products and thought I’d give this cheaper product a go but won’t again.

The Product is terrible and complete destoryed my BBQ, there customer service is terrible – I purchasesd this product from coles, went straight home spot tested on the Stainless steel and part of the frame and all was ok, I then sprayed the product over my bbq as per there directions, proceed to spray the bbq clean and noticed that the product and discoloured and etched into the painted bbq frame. I contacted Ozkleen via phone and emailed them a number of pictures and after me chasing them up a number of times there response was "attached in pictures" just typical of a company offering poor products and service, not even i'm sorry this happened or can we offer you a $20 voucher,
not surprised that every excuse possible will be used, what happed to good old fashioned customer service and offering a sorry..
As you can see from the pictures quite damaged, but according to them they tested there product, but not the batch i used.
