Bought a Huawei phone via BigW Marketplace and they sold me a chinese version, although BigW website does not say, china version. Also product sold was faulty with no support and no guidance. Ordered a phone from them which they stated was in stock and ready to be shipped from NSW only to have to chase them up after a week to be told that because of the war in the middle east there would be a delay. then take another 2 weeks. Once the phone finally arrived the charger didn't even have an Australian plug on it so they threw in a dodgy adapter. Will never buy through these people again

Contacted many times to resolve a problem with a AGM legion pro watch that would not first set up that took 2 frustrating weeks to resolve just to get it to work was in some manufacturing mode and would not connect or show time certainly not 24hr support ! , once we got that sorted it would not connect to GPS which was the reason i bought the… Read more
thing ( has not been resolved in 3 months ) , this company is totally scammers they don't support warranty has been nearly 2 months requesting a return on the watch as it does not function as described will not get gps lock in open outside area and no response to resolve , or a response that they are waiting on technical department from the supplier , nothing has resolved the issues and i wish to return the item , having now to take legal action against them. They lie on their website 24hr support = No support , 12 month warranty = No warranty , 21 days free return = they delay till you cant return it ! .. Complete scammers , even have posted two fake reviews on here since i bought a phone from them and left a review as well from accounts they created to change their very poor rating only need to look at when the two accounts were created ! they are total backyard scammers do not deal with them.

Bought the AGM G3 Pro phone and the AGM Legion Pro smart watch from them and found that receiving the phone it is not a product that comes with a Safe certified Australian power Adapter there is no mention of this on the listing fact it mentions that it is supplied with a power adapter , under Australian consumer laws phones must be supplied with… Read more
a certified compliant Australian power adapter not use a pin adapter for safety reasons and compliance to Australian Laws and safety standards , I contacted them politely asking them to rectify the issue, they were less then helpful in rectifying the issue saying that they are not subject to these laws as the phone is an import but would send a pin adapter , they sent a second hand pin addapter with burnt melted connectors , but as the case is in fact that is wrong as pretty much every phone is an import we don't make the phones in Australia and a pin adapter is not acceptable as written on the ACCC website as an Australian seller they must provide an Australian power adapter with an Australian Plug that meets safety standards.
While trying to contact them 3 times i called them there was no answer on the phone just disconnection, they did call back latter, email messages were more then 4hrs before a response , and the person i spoke with had very poor broken English which was difficult to understand.
Further the AGM Legion Pro Watch which was advertised as "in stock" purchased on the same day Friday 14th , was not actually in stock ! I did not get any message about a stock problem or delay in the free express shipping they offered so assumed it would arrive either with the phone or shortly after as i had ordered this watch separately latter that same day , the following Wednesday 19th i contacted them again as the order for the watch was still marked as " Processing " and i checked that the order had been paid via my bank , yes it had been paid no problem , but still no watch , on sending several emails with no response for over 4hrs i called them , finally getting a reply that the watch was "stuck in Customs " and that there would be a short delay i would receive the watch by the end of the week , today Friday 21st of November the watch has still not arrived and no updates with regards to the delivery of the item i have purchased or updates from the seller or status of the order .
This is a bad retailer and at this point I find it very difficult to recommend them at all , saying an item is in stock with express shipping when its not is also a breach of Australian consumer laws called Phishing, and its dishonest , they offered no reasonable excuse , so they just operate this way with deceptive selling practices , it would not surprise me if this was the norm when dealing with this business.
