Rip-off rubbish! – Absolutely discussed when the soles started to disintegrate! After checking the tag, I find out the boots using the Ugg logo are made in China, surely this must be a breach of all things legal. I hope that more people read this and avoid this rip-off company. PS: these boots were only worn indoors in Winter.

False Claims - Made in China – Why is Ozwear Connection still claiming to be Australian after the ACCC has found them to be making false claims? These UGGs are made in China. We thought we supporting an Australian business. I tried to input the authentication # and it didn't work. That's how I found out about the false claims. Show details

Lack of communication – I bought 4 pairs of footwear online. The sizing charts on their website are a bit confusing. Thus I rang them to discuss sizing prior submitting my order. I was told to follow the mm foot size measurements and add at least 10 mm to the size. This was done, we paid express post and got the parcel very quickly. too small by at least one size. We responded to the company by email to their info address, stating that we would like to exchange 3 of the items and refund one item. We waited for a response which did not happen. After more unanswered emails all 4 items were posted back to them at our expense. Postal tracking informed us that the items were delivered as the company did not acknowledge it as we had requested. It took further calls to finally get a full refund.We could not be bothered with any exchanges given the poor communications and tardiness in money return.

purchased about a year ago. OZWEAR refunded me the purchase price, without having received the slippers, due to Post Office delays, that I had posted out to them, about 2 weeks ago. It’s impossible to get better customer service than that. That’s why I will be buying their products, with no hesitation whatsoever…. ✅✅✅

real sheepskin and wool – i bought many pairs ugg boots from ozwear ugg for my family which are nice and warm. 100% sheepskin and wool.

Poor quality and poor value for money – Bought a pair of these ugg slippers and they didn't last 2 months, the sheepskin wore through in that time, only wearing them inside as slippers. They replaced them and the same thing has happened again less than 2 months later. Really poor quality product, having failed twice in two months. Inner Sole is Stuffed – Got these UGG boots for roughly 60 dollars and expected them to last a bit longer than the Kmart specials. I was wrong. Only wore them 3 months and the inner soles are completely worn and feet now stick to them. Outside of the boot was fine, but they feel gross to wear so in the bin. Show details

too hot) and they are now ready for the bin. Also I got the black ones and from day 1 until now they made my feet black every time I wore them. I had other uggs in the past that were a different brand that lasted 10 years each and were only replaced as the looked old and were getting a little worn out. Uggs should not fall apart before they're worn out especially to not even last 2 whole winters.
