Purchased standard hearing aids then decided to upgrade…by the time I finished my card had been charged 7 seperate amounts totally $814. I was also charged $29.99 every month. When I realised after the 2nd debit I emailed them multiple times with no reply. Finally got reply saying could t be refunded as product was in its way (?) but they would cancel future payments. Months went by with no product turning up but we have been charged again!!! As usual no reply to emails even though we have sent lots as hearing aids are rubbish too!! Will probably have to cancel our card to finally get them to stop taking our money!! And will have to pay for new hearing aids less than 3 months after purchasing these ones.
