Insect Traps – another purchase I have made, so impressed with the portable zappers I purchased these for permanent fixtures in the house.

Ripped off – Product not designed for Australian power point. Sits upside down and trap falls out. Requested to return product, was asked to send short video of problem. Now they refuse to give a refund claiming it has been used. The only time it was used was to do the video - power was not even switched on.

I have already gone through all that but your customer service is appalling and nothing has been rectified. You are nothing but dishonest, ripping off elderly pensioners, hope you can sleep at night.
