Excellent Customer Service – Have had this chair 2 years, brought from office works and I love it. It has good height and comfortable to work on all day. Although a bit more expensive, I originally bought it because of the warranty. Recently the hydraulic lift started to creep down occasionally. I emailed Pago and within days a replacement was at my house. It is nice to have decent customer service and warranties honoured.
