2. The seat balls up and collects lint terribly, so if considering this product be prepared to purchase some kind of seat cover or have a fabric shaver.

3. Despite the appearance of the chair and after trying every adjustment the chair cannot offer me any upper back support.

4. The weight of the chair is much heavier than most and wheels seem to damage the carpet more than the 2 other desk chairs I have had on this carpet. So this chair is not a good idea if you rent as some property managers like mine may not consider it general wear and tear. Definitely make sure you invest in a rubber mat before using it on carpet or floor boards.

5. One of the arm rests has a rip/tear in the plastic from having the pressure of my arm resting on it.

6. Customer service has been extremely poor and dismissive so it looks like I'm now $359 out of pocket and on the hunt for a new office chair as my back pain has become unbearable.

can happily say it fits comfortably without me being in pain. I added the option adjustable arms and not only they are solidly built but have a generous amount of padding on top. I am a well padded individual but the chair is rated to 160kg and it inspires confidence as well built for my weight. One note would be that because of its weight it can be a bit fiddly to assemble but easy enough if you follow the instructions.
