I found these totally ineffective. Couldn’t feel any heat at all. You have to put it on over clothing. A hot water bottle or Chinese heat patches much more effective.

Best heat packs on the market. Recently had issues with back pain and had a Deep Heat back pack on the left side and a PainAway back pack on the rights side (partner had issues and was purchasing for him and did not realise the difference). The PainAway one was so noticeably more effective with the heat generated from the PainAway more than double compared to the other pack. Also, it appears that the Pain Away product is Australian owned.
