Do not buy, ripoff – Chair arrived covered in smugs and other marks from warehouse, very flimsy when put together. The support under the arm rests cracked after 2 days of use and the metal rod holding one of the wheels to the support base sheered off by the 2nd day of use. The fact that this chair is advertised at $400 is wild, you would be unhappy with this product if it was a $100 kmart buy, clearly all the reviews on the products website are fake.

Rip-off price for average quality office chair – I was expecting premium material and quality for this expensive $200 office chair. Although turned out to be same as cheaper $70 mesh chairs from other website. Customer service would not refund for change of mind, very difficult to deal with. Do not recommend this website , stay clear, rip-off prices
