Ordered 26/01, payment deducted on PayPal but no order confirmation received. After 2 weeks, no item received and I’ve tried contacting them twice by email on website with no reply. Do not order from this company!
Very poor customer service. The kits do not come with enough paints to cover the canvas once, let alone a second layer to make it look good. Unfortunately unable to finish the painting that I explained was a gift to my grandmother when I completed painting it. Trying to currently run around to stores in my small town trying to find some sort of match to try and complete it a week before Xmas.
I ordered 2 ‘paint by numbers’ painting sets… both were gifts for two seperate people. It all came in one box. Very disappointed. Either a slack way of packaging or they just don’t use common sense?
I ordered a large 60x90 painting and was only sent one set of paints which obviously was not enough. Once I ran out of paint I asked for an additional set so that I could complete the painting. I was told I had to pay $25 for that! I’ve ordered PBN… Read more
from various websites and had never had a problem of getting additional paints, they were always sent free of charge. I would never order from this company again and I do not recommend anyone to deal with them either

Don’t get fooled by cheaper non Aussie products. I bought one by mistake from a similar but not PBN Australia- it was crinkled and poor quality and the response was a guide on how to in crinkle on in a foreign language. Stick with the good stuff - PBN Australia
This painting is one of my best yet. I love the frog paintings. There was plenty of paint, and being already mounted on a frame makes the experience even better. These frogs have so much character that I laugh every time I look at it. I love the painting, totally enjoyed the experience and now time to start the next one. It is a picture of my dog, I’m really looking forward to this one.

Dodgy, fraudulent – Fraudulent, scammers. Customer support are just a front to make sure complaints are not taken seriously and money is not returned. Product is very dodgy. Bought two jigsaws, images so blurry the puzzle could not be done, nothing like the picture. Suggest using another vendor or throwing your money down the loo instead.
No response to emails regarding a huge error with numbering – I purchased a kit only to find there wasn’t enough paint to finish the canvas but the most annoying thing was there was a huge error in the numbering of the water sections that I found out while painting. This left my picture with a big chunk of water one colour when in reality it should have been shaded. Numerous emails later and still no reply with what they can do about it. Will definitely not buy again or recommend the company to anyone else.
Custom photos are so washed out – I would do some research into out paint by numbers.. paint plot.. paint WITH numbers. I’ve purchased from all 3 and I can say that Paint BY numbers kits are so cheap and the colours and not like the photo. So washed out. You have to also spend time sticking numbers on individual paint pots. They’re not all attached in rows like other companies and easy to lose. Would not recommend this company.
Beware Australia paint by numbers is different to paint by numbers Australia – Australia paint by numbers is China NOT Australia. Item came from overseas. Ordered 2 pics, 1 was damaged & company refused to refund damaged one. Went through PayPal they said they will refund but if I return. Return address is China & I have to pay. Scam company – Hi All, I have had exactly the same experience as everyone else on this thread. They are a scam, do not use them!
Not as expected – The advertisement seems to indicate that these items were coming from Australia. This was not the case. found. When I finally received them they had two in each box, when I have asked why, they have said it was too heavy to only put one in the box. Ridiculous and now not able to give as gifts. Have a good look around, before you buy.

Unreliable – Ordered a month before Christmas. Didn't arrive, shipping details were dodgy. They said parcel was lost in transit and sending me another at no cost ... I would not buy from them again I suspect a scam.
Scam! – Spent over $200 on 26 November 2022 thinking I am super organised before the Christmas rush. It's 2 days before Christmas and am yet to receive my order. Apparently shipped from China - both courier company and this sham company are hopeless in their email correspondence!
False advertising. Do not order from this company – The website advises: “Packed and sent direct to you from our Melbourne warehouse. Australian stock. VIC / NSW / ACT / QLD orders: 2 – 5 days for delivery WA / TAS / SA 4 – 8 days for delivery” THIS IS A LIE. Product is sent from China. I’ve been advised 4-6 weeks for delivery. Now I’m out of pocket a Christmas gift. Company won’t acknowledge any fault and refuses to provide a refund.
Not from Australia as advertised – Don’t order from these guys. It’s from China, I got a fake shipping number and it sends me to Italia post saying an invalid tracking number. So far no response from seller. I ordered this for my wife for Christmas with plenty of time to spare. Now I’m without my money and without a present for my wife. Terribly disappointed.
Not coming on frames – I didn't realise they wern't sent from Australia. Then I ordered 3 they came rolled up. Just thought they would be on frames.
Falsely advertised as australian – Website makes no mention of items being shipped from China. Took much longer than expected to arrive and substandard quality. Very disappointed.
Advertising as Australian but import from China when you place your order – Advertised as an Australian product but imported from China. I waited 6 weeks for delivery and when contacting the seller regarding late delivery they told me I needed to contact the transport company. I thought it was the sellers duty to sort out missing parcels??
Horrible colour choice – I recently purchased a custom product from paint by numbers Australia. The canvas was great but the colours in many areas of the canvas were rediculous. I think the person who put the colours together were colour blind. I wont be a return customer.
SCAM SO DISAPPOINTING – I made an order on 15/11/2021 They advised that because it’s been so busy they have had to ship it from their warehouse in China. If I could give 0 stars I would – Ordered on the 3 December. Still waiting on 22 December. No response to emails. These guys are a scam. Unfortunately, I did check them out for reviews beforehand, but didn't see anything until I physically searched for the reviews on this website. Wish I'd known this earlier as I would never have ordered from them.

tracking details I have been given have not updated in over 3 weeks. They also haven't responded to my email for an update which is really disappointing. I am disappointed before even receiving the product and now have to purchase something else for my mother in law for Christmas.
Unsatisfactory follow up customer service – I have a Brick Road and Cafes in Paris paint by number in November 2020. I have been happily working on this and almost finished but some paints no longer apply smoothly despite using acrylic paint flow medium. I have sent 1 email and 1 messenger asking for their help but are yet to get any response. This means I am unable to finish the painting and for the amount of time I've put into this I am very disappointed that I can't complete it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! – I bought 3 paintings and frames, frames never arrived, wouldn't give me a refund and haven't even replied to my follow up emails since 19/11/2020 - this has been going on since 15/10/2020 (date of purchase)!!!
