On our visit to Tasmania, the sink tap in our caravan began to leak. We called into Palmers Plumbing early the next morning and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. After a short time our tap had been replaced and we were on our way. Excellent service and reasonable pricing. We would highly recommend them Thank you as it made our journey much smoother
Bloody rip off!! I need to work for the next 2 weeks in the paddock to be able to pay for their overcharged bill!! – $1100 to install New Gas line from bottles to cooker!!! I spent $200 on my new cooker but cost me a lot more to install the gas line, learnt my lesson!! and never again ..the job is fairly straight forward only 1 wall behind the cooker easy access really..my other friends have the same job done for $250 and my brother same job done for $300 from a smaller businesses. If i only knew but i didn't ..i won't be recommending the Palmers plumbing to anyone at all never!!ever
Terrible service – Palmers replaced a single old pipe into a new one and charged us AU$1,000, while our plumbing problem remained unchanged. We tried to negotiate with them so they could fix the problem first and then charge us, but they just kept sending us the same bill for 6 months, until we finally settled it to get it over with. After 6 months of unpleasant communication with Palmers and minus $1,000, we still have water flooding our backyard.
Within the last 2 years, since we moved to TAS, we have used several service companies: we had all our windows and doors replaced, our roof insulated, new heat pumps, solar panels and battery installed. We were impressed with the quality of services in TAS. Palmers are sadly very different. Terrible. We would never call them again.
