One very noisy fridge – Bought this fridge to replace an old Fisher and Pycal because it fitted the space and is auto defost, unlike the old fridge. This new Panasonic works well but the noise level is incredibly annoying, like a continuous rattling. It can be heard in the next room. I have had a Panasonic service technician check it out but they just say that this is normal operational noise. Normal for Panasonic perhaps but with the old fridge I didn't know if it was running or not! Don't buy this fridge unless your hard of hearing is my advice.
I've already escalated and followed through with Panasonic customer support. Sent them video with sound recording and they tell me this is normal operating noise. I can only conclude that this level of noise, which is well above that of any previous fridge I have owned, is normal for this Panasonic fridge.

MM my case number is: 50980. As I am typing this the fridge is making a nuisance of itself as usual. As I said earlier I got nowhere with Panasonic customer support, they keep telling me this level of noise is normal hence my comment 'One noisy fridge!'
