a surprise. I contacted HN, to no avail as well.Sorry out of warranty was the reply. To repair will be approx $1000nz On doing the rounds at various shops looking for a new machine, i casually dropped into the conversation, what about Panasonic. Without fail each rep i spoke to advised me not to have anything to do with them, due to bearing failure issues. Apart from that it works well....
Very Disappointed! – This is the first front loader washing machine I have bought and I have been so disappointed. The BIG problem is it does not rinse well even when I choose extra rinse. This is particularly noticeable when washing towels. They do not come out clean and fresh like in my old F& P top loaders. In fact they don't smell nice at all! I also do not like the way the machine often has a bad smell.
