Much more practical – Easy to use and always delivers crisp results. Price was reasonable

Great little iron – I had to replace my Philips iron which totally stopped working one month before the warranty ended. It has been replaced but in the meantime I had to have another iron. I love my Panasonic iron $77 at Amazon. It is powerful iron and great for ironing linen clothes at a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend it

Waste of Money Billy Guyatts No Help – I did my research - I hate ironing and there is a lot in my house! This was sooo disappointing. Cord too short, very very heavy - literally gave me an aching arm AND the tip of the plate was bumped against the ironing board 3 months in and snapped right off. Called Panasonic and the said it was no problem they would replace but would take 2 weeks so perhaps best to go through the retailer. Called Billy Gyatts, they said to post back at my expense and they would work out what I was entitled too in terms of refund....huh? Crap iron and broke....ummm full refund? Want really up for the postage bill so decided to call Panasonic back and go with the 2 week wait, got a different lady this time who stated that no they would not replace directly. Billy Gyatts send through notification that it would take up to 21 days to go through the process, are all these people kidding, would be quicker for me to drive to one of there stores in QLD to exchange!

All a nightmare but the iron was without doubt the worst I have ever owned. Being I lost $100 I wasn't in a hurry to purchase another one at that price - got a Kambrook Steamline for $39 and it is honestly fantastic.

Just great – I did my homework prior to purchasing this iron and haven't been disappointed. It's ergonomically designed, fits my small hand well, and produces a well presented garment. The short length or cord was a pain in the [censored word removed], and limited me as to where I could place my ironing board. Ease of movement, well balanced, reasonably priced with a good warranty. The length of electrical cord was far too short.

A mans iron – I bought this product to iron my hi-vis work clothes as my wife dosent like me using hers. Apparently my iron leaves marks on her clothes. I found this iron to be user friendly and heavy meaning that I didn't have to push down on it as hard to remove the creases. It was heavy, has the auto cut-off if left idle or falls over. Can you the back end instead of turning the iron around to use the pointy bit at the front The steam volume selector tab is a bit long and gets in the way of the hand when gripping the iron.
