refused to let them come because I thought to cut my losses. As it stands the fridge cools because I took away all food from it. In my view it is badly designed.

to change it over to an upside down fridge for my new house and the salesman talked me into this Panasonic fridge.

After reading the other reviews I think I got a dud. It is by far the noisiest fridge I have ever owned. It gurgles and farts constantly and creates repetitive droning noises. It sounds like an upset stomach. I can hear it during the night and my bedroom is it the far end of the house.

Also the shelf directly above the Prime Fresh drawer has buckled during manufacture. I contacted customer support 3 1/2 weeks ago and after emailing back and forth and sending the photos 3 times (because each department obviously don’t forward on information) I had an assessor come and look at it and I am still waiting on a resolution. He suggested possible replacement of the unit.

Best fridge, would recommend – We bought the white one because it was cheaper and suited our budget better. I am happy with the white. The fridge is set out well. The side doors are good. There is a shelf for us to put eggs on, we kept our egg holders from the old fridge, then we have a shelf on the side for Jam. Then we have space for milk, juice etc.

The vegetable draw is amazing, our food keeps for weeks! Probably longer than it should, which is great, I couldn't be happier with the veg draw.

The meat and dairy draw is amazing, but if you aren't a big dairy/meat household then you might find that it is not the fridge for you, as this takes up a decent amount of space, but for us it is what we need. I put all my meats in there, we always have a lot of cheese and it keeps so well in here, better than in our last fridge, and I also make yogurt and put that in there too. So for us this is great.

The freezer is good, don't have much to say on it. It fits enough stuff. I probably need to use the draws better than I do.

I would recommend this fridge to anyone that asks for a fridge recommendation.

The fridge is very quiet, we never notice it, we haven't cleaned it but probably should have as we have had it for 8 months but it hasn't needed it, other than the veg draw.

We think it maintains a good temp in all sections, nothing has ever gone off in our new fridge unlike our last one.

Absolutely Top Notch – This looks so stylish in our kitchen - I love looking at it which is a weird thing to say about a fridge! This is the first one I have had with bottom mount design which I also love - its fabulous to have all the food at eye level. You have to wonder why all fridges aren't like this! Great fridge from a reliable brand – Very quiet when operating. Glass shelves are adjustable and easy to clean. Keeps everything at the right temperature in all compartments. Just ok – Bought from Harvey Norman. Its a good quality fridge with sturdy glass shelves that are easy to clean. Even though the shelves are adjustable, the heights between them are too small. Can't fit many jars upright in the open areas because of the extra, largely useless meat fridge, which is also too small to put meat in.  Show details

After one year I still love this fridge but it can get noisy – This is the best internal designed fridge I have ever had. Great space. Large crisper is awesome. It also looks very good. However, over the 12 months, we have had it is getting noisier when it does its cooling thing every night. These noisy periods don't last too long. Maybe a few hours or so. I wouldn't want to be sleeping next to it. We did not buy the fridge with the crisper light - can't comment on that. We thought it would be simple enough to buy some led light and drop it in the crisper if we felt the need for it.

Customer service based overseas and won't honour Australian consumer protection legislation – This fridge is used by my elderly mother who lives alone and the plastic door drink holder cracked without any impact or any abnormal use - my mother is frail and not capable of impacting anything with force, after 3 years. Not fit for purpose. Not of acceptable quality. Will contact ACCC to escalate. I realise this is a grey area but a good company would just replace a piece of plastic that costs them $5 to make!  Show details

Working perfectly and very quiet – After disaster with a LG fridge (broken only 6 months after purchase), finally got a perfect fridge! This is a good fridge – the fridge's temperature is perfect for the raw and cooked food. Its quiet in the kitchen and easy to clean.I used for 6 months so far and have nothing to complaint about.
