Paradise pools made our pool about 2 years ago. 2 years on we had issues with our pump...and today these guys worked all day to troubleshoot the issue and fix it, including the owner, who came as well. That's what we call a great company, creat service, not only at the time of sale but continuously. Show details

Superb Products and Customer Service – I purchased my BRIGHTWATERS POOL from Paradise Pools in 2014 (9yrs ago) after much investigation into various pool companies and their products. I was totally impressed with the Paradise Pool option/concept so my decision was made. I installed the pool myself as a handyman and had easy access to Ron and Jo-Anne for any issue I came across and both… Read more

were a wealth of knowledge. I live in Central Queensland and even though they are apx 1,400kms away, the distance makes no difference to obtain great advice and support from them. The product is exceptional and well designed and thoroughly supported by the people within Paradise Pools. Since installation, I have continued to chat with Paradise Pools and have purchased many pool items from them. They have always provided competitive prices and have the best Customer care.

Congratulations Paradise Pools on being such a wonderful pool company to deal with.

Stylish family entertainment – The whole experience with Paradise Pools was terrific. They were efficient, helpful, and informative. From signing the order form to pool completion only took three months. We didn’t have to wait years for a big pool company to find the time to slot us in. We now have a stylish pool that we love and are enjoying spending priceless quality family time with our kids every day thanks to the amazing pool heater. Avoca Beach NSW Show details

An excellent product. Exactly as advertised – I purchased this pool to replace an existing rusted out above ground pool on the same site, hoping the log construction would provide both a nicer aesthetic on our rural block and greater longevity than the ten years provided by our previous pool. After a complete season of swimming in the new pool I can say I'm very happy with our Paradise Pool.… Read more

While I cant speak to the longevity yet, it certainly "feels" like a solid structure that will stand the test of time, with none of the inherent fragility of a thin metal pool. Everyone now sits on and kicks off the pool edges without concern. They are solid walls.

The primarily timber pool looks like it belongs in our rural setting much more than the previous pool and coupled with the existing timber deck, it ended up looking even better than I envisaged. The inbuilt steps are far more practical than the floating "cake steps" of the previous pool and seem to work very well. I opted for a sand filter with this pool as our previous cartridge filter seemed to struggle with the large amount of leaves and debris that our bush surrounding deposited in the pool. This has been a game changer. The pool was crystal clear all summer despite the rain and my maintenance time and chemical costs were both halved.

I had an issue with construction which was unfortunately hitting rock after digging down not very far, requiring many long days on the jack hammer, and an alternate bracing system which was readily explained to me by the folk at paradise pools. I'd advise making sure you are rock free down to a suitable depth if you are not keen on hammering through rock as it really isn't a great deal of fun and took me quite a few weeks. I was made aware of the hole depth requirement before purchase but I didn't adequately check my site beforehand.

The build process was not overly complex and despite being not particularly handy, I was able to work through the process reasonably easily. I think I needed perhaps two or three clarification phone calls throughout the whole process and the staff at paradise pools were always very helpful. I think perhaps a video version of the instructions would be helpful as being able to "see" the process would have made it simpler still.

It was a fair amount of work but the end result was a solid, beautiful pool at a very reasonable price and I'd happily recommend this product to anyone looking for a long lasting, solid and comparatively budget friendly pool.

Great product to suit limited access and when above range pools is the the most ideal option – As a carpenter installing the pool for a home owner k found the instructions and advice provided by head office sufficient to install the pool. After installing multiple steel frame above pools I found this a great alternative and would be a preferred option under most above ground pool circumstances especially with the warranty provided. semi above ground pools or I ground pools will require hard work foundations and supporting the structure is key

Our property was about 800mm above a sandstone shelf which was our base slab we then had post holes drilled into the sand stone 1200 below the shelf this is standard consider 30 thousand litres as kilos/tonnes of pressure being applied in all directions this needs to be braced

All quality above pools require to be dug in and supported with post and concrete footings keyed into either rock or soil if you are comparing this pool to a steel frame or Kmart/Clark rubber steel and tin above frame pools you are comparing apples with oranges

Go with paradise pools just consult with them first great customer service

Much more work that anticipated – You don’t get the full instructions for this pool until after you’ve paid the deposit. Construction requires 12 support posts to be dug in 1.2m. If your block is perfectly level and soil easy to dig, great, but if not this is a challenge, even using the excavator and auger attachment. Whilst I’m sure the finished product will be great, I wish we… Read more

had realised exactly how much work was involved prior to purchasing. We have had to use a few days of labourers as this is definitely not a 1-2 person job. If we had realised all of this we probably would have gone with a different, quicker, easier to install option. Disappointed thus far (half way through the build currently).
