Terrible workmanship, no communication, avoid at all cost – It has been 12 months since I settled my house built by Paragon Development Group. My roof leaked and has damaged the ceiling; there is still a hole. I cannot use this room. There is a leak in my laundry. Paint has not been finished. There is still damage to cabinetry and floor boards which were apparent before settlement. They ignore phone calls, emails, test messages. They have not come into the property since settlement to amend or even inspect the damage. The build process was terrible, a number of structural issues were noted and ignored. The build was delayed by 12 months. My biggest regret is entrusting Paragon to build my home, avoid at all costs.

Problems, and more problems – Bought this property,nearly 4 years after construction,it had been tenanted previously, the tenants had apparently repeatedly reported faults and nothing was followed up. After being in this apartment for 5 weeks,the list of problems is getting longer, mainly plumbing issues. The main problem is the lack of communication,I am constantly ignored, by text and phone, emails are only source of communication, and the issues are still ignored and passed back to me, to source professional reports to prove I have a problem. I bypassed the first source and called the main office…..one week later still waiting for a call back. After 6 months there was never a resolution, I was told to get a professional report to prove there is a leak, I paid a plumber myself to fix the shoddy work, that WAS a leak. All owners now in the block are reporting lots of major problems down in the garage, with leaks and crumbling walls, standard, reply to Initial email, then nothing, no response. The initial product may look good, but definitely do not expect any after care from this group of builders, spend your money wisely.
