Absolutely terrible – Easily the WORST shipping company I have ever encountered. I would give them negative stars if possible. Packages delivered in bad condition. The delivery driver was nasty, aggressive and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and spend a few extra dollars and use a reputable company. Unreliable courier, lost parcel and money from a simple local delivery from SYDNEY TO SYDNEY route – Do not use Parca. Lost parcel SYDNEY TO SYDNEY delivery, hold and drag on your complaint and parcel tracing for over 4 weeks. In the end, you are not going to get an appropiate compensation. Don't do it – If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before using Parca Logistics. Same story as everyone else. 5 weeks and a lot of time and stress the order was returned to me as I had already had to replace the goods for my client. No apology, no acknowledgement of any error or lack of fulfillment of what I paid for. Certainly no offer of a refund. I've had bad experiences with couriers but this one was up there with the worst. They claim to be helping small business. This one delivery had me nearly lose a client and they don't care. It cost me big time so all I can say is DON'T DO IT. Don't even give them the chance no matter how much more affordable they claim to be. Your time and sanity isn't worth it.
AVOID Lost parcels, damaged parcels, given the run around and months to deliver. Worst courier to date! – Worst courier I have dealt with in 5 years! order did arrive but took weeks longer than the 3 day ETA quoted. Another took 3 weeks to reach a destination about 70mins away after sitting in the depo doing nothing for weeks. Movement only happened after I enquired too. The third order was destroyed by Parca, which they did not alert me of until I enquired as to why nothing was delivered. They then refused to accept any responsibility for it despite admitting THEY destroyed it; saying I needed to pay for an outside insurer. They didn’t even refund me my transit costs (almost $100) despite not delivering anything and not completing the service I paid for. The fourth orders tracking did not move for almost a month, when I enquired I was told it had “just” made it to the depo that day, (tracking said that happened weeks ago, so I suspect this was staffs way of getting rid of me and closing the ticket) and would be delivered shortly. When I asked for the ticket to remain open until such delivery was made I was told it was actually MIT, so they’d lost it! Further enquiry was made on my end and they had the audacity to ask me to prove that the parcels were even picked up…which is ridiculous as there is tracking showing that it was collected and sitting at the receivers local depo for weeks and they literally just admitted to loosing it! The staff member was so blaze and dismissive too and told me the Sender to talk to the Sender about it. It was very clear from previous messages I was the Sender. Seems to me Parca Staff just say whenever to get rid of the customer rather than actually identifying and solving the issue.
Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs. The few dollars you save isn’t worth the hassle. As a new courier offered on a few broker platforms you’d think they’d be trying to solidify their client base through good service and quality customer service, but nope. Horrid. I lost about $860 in product and possibly damaged my relationships with my Retailers through these bookings. Not happy at all.
TERRIBLE SERVICE – It's been over 6 weeks and our boxes are still not delivered. We opened an enquiry 3 weeks ago and still haven't had a single update. We have no idea where our parcels are and our customer is furious. I will never use this company again! Show details
Terrible service – I have been waiting for a parcel for more than 4 weeks. There is no way to contact them, other than email & that takes weeks for them to get back to you. My $1900 parcel is missing & not looking like ever being delivered. I would definitely not recommend using this company. Show details
AVOID PARCA AT ALL COSTS !!!! – AVOID PARCA AT ALL COSTS !!! Taken over 6 weeks to deliver from Sydney to Perth. I usually use Couriers Please or Startrack and gave Parca a chance as they quoted cheaper. BIG MISTAKE. Show details

days of being shipped out, and I had the buyer refunded by eBay, because they were unable to give me ANY information about the whereabouts of the package. I hope to God that these guys burn to the ground.

hopeless – parcel , melbourne to cairns , left melbourme on 20th feb , got to brisbane on 28th feb , [ must have went via perth ] that is the last i have heard about it ? nothing from there own support , when they decide to answer email , then don't answer the question you asked. you would think they would know who they sent it with , as to find it if something went wrong. ? Absolutely hopeless – This mob are almost impossible to deal with. No contact phone number, extremely tardy with email responses and no practical solutions to your problem. I would very strongly suggest that you avoid them at all costs! Show details
Shoddy company – Site doesn’t work to contact the company and has zero email or phone contact which screams dodgy company. No one should use them. Tracking is useless. Avoid at all costs
