made me file a bunch of documents and even ask about my identity, made me pay the costume fee which wasn’t mentioned on your site, and for what??? Nothing I still haven’t get my boxes neither my money, and now your costumers service refuse to answer my email why??? If this is not working please send back my box in the country of origin I’ll try another service, I’ve never face to something like this in my life. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I booked a simple parcel delivery from Israel to Australia, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish: 1. ABC hadn’t provided the necessary details. When I contacted Parcel ABC, they refused to take responsibility, blamed UPS, and even claimed they couldn’t reach UPS by phone. They also tried to shift the blame onto the sender’s address—an address that had successfully handled deliveries before.
2. Parcel ABC rescheduled the pickup with FedEx. This time the shipment was in FedEx’s system, but not in the 3-hour window I had paid for. Instead, the sender was forced to wait 11 hours.
When FedEx finally sent someone, Parcel ABC had mis-registered the parcel as 1 kg instead of 20 kg. The courier arrived on a small bike and couldn’t collect it. Again, Parcel ABC refused to take responsibility and blamed FedEx. It looks like with Parcel ABC that they never make mistakes—it’s always someone else’s fault.
3. After more back and forth, another pickup was arranged, but the courier showed up unannounced. By sheer luck, the sender happened to be home.
4. Even after the parcel was collected, there were customs declaration issues. These could easily have been avoided had Parcel ABC properly guided me and ensured details were correct before passing them on to FedEx and customs.
5. When I asked for compensation for the stress, wasted time, and repeated failures, they flatly refused.
This company provides zero accountability, zero reliability, and zero customer care. I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend anyone who values peace of mind to avoid Parcel ABC altogether.

Every time I pushed to escalate, the story changed. To this day (over 6 weeks) I’ve had zero refund. Just lies, awful customer service, wasted time, and money down the drain.
This is not a one-off mistake. It’s bad business practice and disgraceful customer service.

After miraculously avoiding them sending all the packages back, I see that they have arrived damaged (the boxes broken, without the protection I had put on them, all the delicate objects broken...). Since I had insured the packages, I asked for a refund of the value of the damaged objects. Well, I have been waiting for a month for them to give me some news. Tired of it, in the end the one who is managing it is me directly with the transport company.
And the best comes at the end. For them, the process is over (although I'm still waiting for compensation for the damages), but they are demanding an additional price from me since I exceeded the weight (I couldn't do it with a scale so it could be, so far so good). I spoke to them and they told me that we could wait until I received the compensation to make the payment, but now I'm receiving emails from their lawyer threatening me with lists of defaulters. It seems that they don't even talk to each other...
In short, a disgrace. I recommend avoiding doing anything with this "company", which only deals with collecting the shipping.

sender, parcel ABC, but they insist that Australia Post must confirm non acceptance. I cannot deal with Postitaliane as the sender is a company and will not deal with me as the consignor. Post italiane tells me to contact the vendor, but I have paid for collection and delivery so I am the sender of the package and paid for insurance as it is a rare and expensive item that I have purchased. The package was collected from the seller and apparently delivered to post italiane and tracking information supplied. However after some time the tracking numbers were deleted by parcel ABC and no follow up action was taken. Do not use this company for any service, you will not get what you paid for.
scammer charging extra fee – I shall read all these review before processing my order with them. All the review that have given 1 star is totally correct. Zero customer service. Book directly to the courier service rather than using them as third party service as they take take fee which is unrealistic fees. Paid $330 euro to have all my things destroyed over a month – Do not use this service unless you want to pay a bunch of money to have all your things destroyed and they arrive a month later after the send date in pieces. Worse courier company in the WORLD – This company is so incapable of doing the simplest of jobs. I have been trying to get a parcel delivered for nearly 12 months from South Africa and after all the time and effort they ended up delivering my parcel to the sender. Terrible! Worse Company Ever – Boxes were damaged, all items were wet and moulded inside. Over 10 items were also missing. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed. We had valuable and sentimental items missing. Would not recommend this company. Show details
