Paris Glam Hair Straightener

Don’t buy this hair straightener if you don’t want split ends – I bought this hair straightener the other day and was so excited to use it because I wanted an updated one. I tested it out and waited until it got hot but I smelt this plastic smell in the first 10 seconds. I tried using it by spraying my heat protectant on it but it didn’t straighten well at all and I had to do such small sections which took… Read more
forever because it doesn’t have that much room between the opening and closing of the clam. The end result gave me split ends just after one use as well! I am very disappointed.
Doesn't use it much now – Not happy with the result come out , and only used around 2 times the mini rubble head of the hairbrush has been broken ... little bit disappointed of this one .
Great product ! – Great product. Love using this. Much easyier and quicker to use than an original hot plate clamp hair straightner. Less damage to your hair and its looks beautifal ans much more natural.
Little dissapointed – Easy enough to heat up and use. But the red tips end up coming off. Doesn't fully straighten my hair. I bit dissapointed with this product, but for the price I guess it's ok.
Dry and frizzy – No, I followed all the steps on how to use and it wouldn't straighten my hair. It just created frizz. It snagged my hair in use. Although it heated rather quickly
Good for a while – I love this product but I need to load my hair with straightening products to keep the fizz away. In saying that it's the only one that's made a difference. Worth t he money though.
Super easy to use – I have thick wavy/ curly hair. I have various different types of straighteners, but this is my favorite by far. I bought mine from Kogan about 6 months ago. I haven't had any problems with it snagging. It heats up quickly, though I have had some issue with accidentally pressing the temp buttons, because they are on the handle. The results are… Read more
not as straight as a traditional ghd type straightener, but I I'm not a fan of poker straight hair - it leaves me with a little wave and movement, but nice and smooth.
The only one issue I have with it is that it is difficult to straighten right to the roots, because the brush is too bulky - I will usually have to straighten the roots with a blow dryer.
Waste of money!! – Product lasted a month (with no effect) and thereafter all the bristles faded and burnt my hair. Tried to send emails to the manufacturer but no response. They also do not provide the phone number. Waste of money at $249 dollars!
Pleasantly surprised! – I read lots of bad reviews about hair straighteners but found the Paris Glam on special so I thought 'why not'?! I'm so happy I purchased it! My hair type is frizzy and wavy. I read the instructions clearly and used it as advised - on dry hair and using oil for frizz control - and it saves me so much time in the mornings. It straightens out all… Read more
of the waves in my hair in a matter of seconds. It's not as good as my GHD at removing frizz but that's what the treatment oil is for and its a fantastic combination. I will still keep my standard straightener for curling and special occasions when I have a bit more time to get ready but for everyday use this is fantastic for me, especially my frantic mornings before work.
Great in theory – Just received this brush two days ago and it felt ok, though not sure how it will go if my hair hasnt been blow dried. What i did find is that the controls get in the way as it is right where you hold the handle and i found i was constantly altering the temperature accidentally, nothing like this happens with a straightener, so i think it is a… Read more
design floor.I got it from deals direct for $49 so thought it was worth taking a chance as they are popping up everywhere.
