Better of in your piggy bank – No Client Information Sheet was completed, our personal circumstances were not considered at all, and we were told we needed to move our investments from ‘conservative’ to ‘aggressive’ without explanation or evidence. The advisor was clearly more interested in his own return on our investments and had no interest in our financial well being at all.
