After 10years of on going problems with water leaks coming through our home, been fobbed off yet again. From day one, their has been water leaks coming through. We have just been told by a roofing company, that the colour bond sheets are too short and not to Australian standards. They say it is out of warranty, when the problem has been on going long before the warranty had expired. Would not recommend Parkwood homes to anyone. That is the most serious problem we have, but the homes are just thrown together. The ensuite have grout all different widths and thickness. Would not give them any rating
Follow-up · Parkwood refused to sort out water leak in the roof, that was there from the first days of moving into our new home. After repeated calls and sending someone to supposedly fix it, which it never was. After the 7 year warranty period, they refused yet again, even though the problem had been there from the beginning

Bad – If the home does not need to be relocated and brick veneer home would indeed represent better value for money. Disappointed with overall result of the home. Relocatable, good choice of designs. Interior workmanship less than average, communication very poor.
