AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITE – Purchased interactive snake toy for my cat, used a few times, recharged 4 times, within 2 wks snake wheels stopped turning and would no longer move in any direction. Emailed their customer support for replacement, they would not replace or refund as per their own terms and conditions. AVOID and BUY the exact same unbranded toys for $18 from EBay This website has marked up all their toys by over 60% and put their own sticker on them. No stock in Australia so 2 weeks to receive rubbish items that will break down. Spend your money Elsewhere.

DANGEROUS DO NOT PURCHASE! – This is marketed as an Active Rolling Ball for pets BUT what arrived was a Microfiber Mop Ball that apparently rolls around the floor cleaning. I can confirm that it does not clean, but it also is not a dog toy. My dog was able to open and access the moving mechanism including the battery. If left unsupervised, your pet could die.

Absolute rubbish – Bought the toy for dog PassionForPets™ - Active Rolling Ball (4 Colours Included) - what arrived was a Microfiber Mop Ball which doesn't work. Do not buy anything from this site! They don't appear to be based in Australia, the goods came from China, yet advertise as an AU company. Scam artists.

If I could give them zero I would – Purchased what was supposed to be an active rolling ball dog toy with 4 coloured covers. What I got was a smashed box containing what was called a "microfibre mop ball", not even a dog toy. $40 and a totally ripped off. The reviews are obviously fake. DO NOT trust this site.

Toy is crap, and they won't refund – Bought a toy for my kitten as the Instagram ads showed it as being able to jump and also able to roll on carpet. It was not able to do either of these. I emailed the support for a refund, and attached videos demonstrating the toys inability to do what was promised by the videos (the very same day I received it), and they have refused to give a refund stating something along the lines of "it appears it was delivered in perfect condition, and we can't determine how it was handled so we can't refund it or give you an exchange."

How would they magically even be able to determine whether an item was or was not damaged during transit? Honestly though, I do not think it was, I think the product is just a scam. The product is likely just a white label toy they are pretending they have "revamped" when it is the same product you can probably get on Alibaba for 1/60th of the price.

I've attached photos of all correspondence. Avoid purchasing anything from this company.
