They never sent me the product and are refusing to refund me. This company needs to be investigated.
Pattanaustralia is the worst and have ripped me off $250 dollars and sent me emails that they would give me back my money after they agreed to when I sent the item back which was not as advertised. I have been chasing my money for 2 months and I have had nothing but excuses and not a cent back . They have not contacted me anymore
I would give a zero! Just don’t buy from here they are not a good business to buy anything from!!!!
Scam site -listing items they don’t stock . Raised a dispute through PayPal - waiting for my money . They don’t respond to calls .

online inquiry and specifically asked for a BLACK 100CM pendant light, and it was confirmed by seller via email prior to me putting through the order online. However a 75CM GOLD color light arrived weeks later. BTW, you would get a better-quality piece if you pay $50 in Kmart or Ikea, I then contacted them multiple times and asked for a refund because the item was significantly incorrect colour and size. Firstly, they said, "Once the return is processed, we will promptly send you the correct item." I repeatedly told him that I needed a light for my house inspection urgently and I had to buy one locally as an urgent manner, just refund me please.
On 3rd April, seller ([Name Removed]) replied to me, "As soon as we receive the return receipt, we will process a full refund for your purchase." I returned the item on the same day via AUPOST and provided my receipt, he then changed his mind and replied, "Once it arrives at the warehouse, we will process your refund immediately." the Aupost tracking shows that the item was delivered to seller on 7th April, I have been trying to contact the seller for a refund via emails and phone calls (6x attempts - no answer) with no luck.
I filed a dispute via Paypal, then the latest reply said, “Your item has arrived at the warehouse, If you would like, we can send you the correct item immediately...”
As I previously stated numerous times in my emails, I DO NOT want your correct item as I had bought one urgently at a local store for my house inspection. I request a FULL REFUND! However the seller just keeps changing his words and finding excuses not to give my money back!
This is a scam, don't buy from them. I ordered a Pool testing machine worth $150, they sent me a $20 testing strip with out any parcel tracking information. later, they conatcted me with an email apparently because of the dispute through Paypal. Even after all of this, in their email they only mentioend that they have organised a pick up from me for the wrong product and nothing about refund or resending the correct product. This seems like their trick to avoid the Paypal refund. This is crazy, do they really think sending the wrong product back is what I have asked?
Arrived on time, responded adequately on emails. Quality of the lights stand out
If I could give no stars I would. Never received item, said they didn't have it. I requested to cancel per their policy but they refused and kept sending the same emails over and over again. I would never order from this site.
Bad experience – Scam, item never sent. No tracking. No refund. Told the same thing in each email - that they will follow up with courier. Looks like many people have had this issue. Don't buy from this website
Suspected Scam, dont waste your money – Most likely a scam Pattan Australia (Alpha Vault P/L) in BonShow Vic is just a person trying to on sell products from a residential house. Ordered weeks ago, was told sent via express Aust Post using tracking. Refuses to give tracking number, just "in transit, allow more time" Have reported to bank for a refund.
Product paid for but not received – Elizabeth Melbourne. Same ordered and paid $400 for an LED light weeks ago. No light. No communication answered. Damn. Scam. They need to be reported. to consumer
Probably a SCAM – Ordered item 3 weeks ago. Since initial email confirming order I've had nothing. On line chat bot is useless and you won't get a reply. Phone is switched off. Meanwhile you can see old mate with a fancy car on FB, so police need to go after him . I believe this is a SCAM.
Ripped off – Have ordered and paid for a product, a month ago. Have contacted them regarding delivery, have not received a response since. Have looked into other reviews and I am not alone.
