Excellent – The following is our experience in using Pavilion Homes to build our new home. We had never had a house built before so the building process and dealing with builders were something that we wanted to avoid if we could. However, after being unable to find a suitable house in the location that we wanted, we decided to build and started looking for a builder. We had a fixed budget and were under the impression that reasonable cost and custom designed and built homes were mutually exclusive. So we started looking at project homes and found that they provided a reasonable fit but not exact fit of our requirements. One of the display homes that we looked at was by Pavilion Homes and we were very impressed with the design and the build quality but we dismissed it as out of our price range. Purely out of curiosity, we decided to contact Pavilion Homes and we are certainly very glad that we did.
X was very helpful In explaining how they cost the homes that they build and the approach that they take. We came away thinking that with Pavilion Homes perhaps we can have our cake and eat it too - we can get a quality custom-built home at a reasonable cost. Next, X organised a meeting with the architect during which we were able to specify our exact needs and our cost expectations. We wanted something simple and unassuming outside but well designed and finished inside. We were very pleased with the design that the architect produced - it was simple, elegant and cost effective to-build.
We choose Pavilion Homes as our builders. We were very happy with the building process. It was to be expected that there would be some issues during the building process but they were addressed very quickly and to our satisfaction. X, our project manager, was extremely helpful in pointing out some of the practical flaws in the choices that we made in terms of the design and we were able to correct them before it was too late. In one
instance, that actually involved removing an item from the contract. X and X
actually choose to make less money in order to produce a better end result for us! X did a fantastic job in keeping us Informed the e progress, any and resolutions. Needless to say, we were very happy with the end result.
Another important part is the post-handover service where any issues identified during the handover. Pavilion Homes through X`s attention to detail and Thoroughness were very effective in providing a post handover service. All issues were addressed to our total satisfaction in prompt and professional manner.
Overall, we are very happy to commend Pavilion Homes to any prospective clients- They were focused on our satisfaction and produced a quality home. We would be very happy to be contacted to answer any questions.

Terrible – First made contact with Pavilion Homes in December 2008, sales person made a lot of promises including carpet and blinds and also 95% of inclusions in smal harrison display house.We were advised that the land was going to be ready in 6 months, it took instead 12months.8 months after sigining the contract we realised that no floor covering was included neither blinds.
Then building did not commence till mid year 2010. Of course at the time we thought that completion would take place in 3-4months without realising that the contract stated 180 working days which of course will take us till Feb- March 2011. Very disapointing, poor customer service and incredibly rude receptionists with no experience except message takings and never get any call back from anyone in office. Emails remain unresponded for days. Tradesmen could take days and weeks without attending site with no reason whatsoever in order to cause more delays for families already suffering extensive stress. Absolutely nothing, will rate this product nil. Empty promises,awful customer service,unclear contracts with cheap inclusions, lenghty completion time (180 working days per contract), rude receptionists and note that all delays are outside their control, always a third party involve ( excuses).
