and her communication with us was more then we could have imagined. When we had a family emergency the day before tahnia was due to pick up the youngsters, she offered her pet sitting services and said she would be happy to board and care for the little ones until we were in a position to receive them. We were hesitant to leave our babies who were so young but tahnia assured us they would be safe and she'd send updates with photos and video's which she delivered on and then some!! She delivered the youngsters to our door 4 days later with GPS live tracking on the journey and we unexpectedly even received the cutest little report cards documenting their health and behaviours and things they did during their stay and were also given an amazing pet starter pack for free for each of our babies (they contained things like leash, collars, harness, toys, food samples, brushes, pee pads and more) which was so unexpected and so lovely and sweet. Tahnia clearly knows her craft and her passion, knowledge and obvious love for animals shines through with every word she speaks when talking about animals and the way she interacts with them. We couldn't have asked for a better transporter and (unexpected last minute) pet sitter. We will be using paw to door service for the life of our animals whenever we need an animal sitter or mover. and the overnight stay in Sydney without us, but Tahnia kept us updated all through the day and up until we went to sleep! We were highly anxious and really worried about our senior German shepherd who doesn't travel well and tends to dehydrate himself due to anxiety & panic. But Tahnia calmed us and indulged us in our pestering ways and constant calls. Our babies arrived in picture perfect condition and they were even given a bath & light grooming. Our german shepherd wasn't panting or fretting at all when they all arrived (he always does when travelling) but he didn't when they arrived, only once Tahnia left! Haha.
