Extremely poor service: had to chase up the order for over 2+ months to receive anything – Appalling service. Took over 2 months for my online order to finally arrive, and required extensive follow up to get the order at all. It was over two weeks for the order to even be acknowledged (and this after I contacted them asking where it was). Several weeks later, still nothing. Multiple contact attempts by me via email, web message and phone call were completely ignored. When I finally spoke to the business owner, I was told no a tracking number was not available as they didn't have the record of it - but it was sent ?! It took another month of me following up before I received my order.
