has seriously missed the mark, it’s not just an “update”, it’s made the product unusable for us. I won’t be buying again unless the old recipe returns, and I’d strongly suggest the company investigates what’s changed and how it’s affecting dogs.

Stopped buying as it has become a rubber like substance and the dogs poo is now red, have been telling everyone I know to stop buying as well. You previously made a good product, for a reasonable price. Go back to the previous recipe.

I freeze & use as needed. Will definitely be buying this instead of the usual expensive prime 100 wet food.

My dog adored this mince – Normally I don't like feeding my dog mince because I can't stomach the smell but this bag of mince was seemingly people-grade and very inoffensive. Something has changed in the last 6 weeks. Noticing chunky meat coming out in dogs poo looks like plastic. Normally my dog digest this easily she had had for years. My dog has now got an upset stomach with diahorea. I have thrown out, rest off product and won't be buying again. Show details

Used to be good. Over the last couple of weeks it has changed - drier and chunkier and smells sour. My cats suddenly refuse to eat it - all rescues and will just about eat anything but turn their noses up at this meat. Cat's stool was also red after eating it. Show details

Cat and dog have both enjoyed this since they first tried it 3 years ago. BUT this last pack of mince is astonishingly red, and like other reports the bright red bits are coming out in their po*p (both animals). Certainly seems like red rubber! The dog has been having this alternating with mince from other suppliers. Recently, the dog’s poo has lots of red bits in it - that looks the same colour as the food. It looks a lot like bits of rubber. Swapping back to other supplies has resulted in normal poo coloured poos. Show details

I have been buying this for eight years now and the last two buys the mince is an awful red colour (dye) and looks like it has bone in it. My husband thought they were maggots. And not to mention the colour of his poop.

Horrible pet food – I have purchased the 3kg pet mince in the past and found it to be grey in appearance. My cat would not eat it and I ended up throwing it out. the mince to be quite chunky and not really suitable for my cat. I had to mince it up again myself and my cat did not like it so I have had to throw it out again. I will not be purchasing this mince again, it looks revolting and goodness knows what is in it.

Not bad at least my little one ate it! – My little pom really loves to eat and won't stop eating so it was easy enough for him to transition. My gripe is that the meat can get quite messy, making it a challenge to store. I think it would have been great to have some guidance on the serving size for any dog as this was his first experience with minced dog food as you don't know how much you should feed. fresh pet mince – This was great as l do feed our dogs raw meat and having it mince style it is great to place in their bowl, I liked the fact that it has a zip lock style which preserves the rest of the meat keeping it fresh. Although, it is easy to open the bag it can be a bit hard to take the meat out but other than that my dogs enjoyed the fresh beef taste. Show details

not take to it as enthusiastically. But to my surprise, he loved it! In fact, he wanted seconds, and so did the little one.

Based on my experience, I'd classify this as a delightful treat for them. While I'm not entirely sure if it should become a daily staple in my puppy's diet, I believe it would make for an excellent occasional indulgence that they both adore. Dog loved it. I'm not so sure – My JRT really enjoyed the mince. I mixed it with his kibble so it was balanced. Very happy and scoffed it down. Even though there was a zip lock, i found it difficult to dish out onto my dog's bowl. I ended up transferring the meat from the bag to a container so it was easier to dish out for future feeds. It was ok, I don't usually serve this – My dog seemed not to keen on it at the start. I'm not sure if it was the smell, the look or the texture as this isn't what I would normally feed him. Please mum, more – We decided to try our kibble fed husky on a couple of meals of this and gees she loved it. Loved it – My Dog loved this one, would lick the bowl clean, and come back several times a day to check/ lick it. Maybe great to mix with other food – My dog isn’t used to eating raw meat, I gave this a go, but he wasn’t too keen.
