bargains! – Everybody loves a bargain and there are plenty of bargains to be had at Payless Shoes. They have a wide and varied range for women…everything from ugh boots and running shoes to heels. They also have an impressive range of shoes for men and boys,everything from rubber thongs to leather in a wide range of colours and styles. The staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant. Everything in the stores is affordable and good value for your dollar.

18 months after purchase shoes were replaced – I purchased a pair of Safety Step shoes 18 months ago from Payless in Richmond. During the last 6 months the soles started to come away so I super glued them back several times as the shoes were still so comfortable and serviceable. I mentioned this to a Payless staff member during a visit to my local shopping centre. She said to definitely return them to the store - even without the receipt. When I returned the shoes I was offered a new replacement pair and the problem pair would be returned to the Manufacturer. I actually offered to pay extra to upgrade to the leather version of the same shoe - at a cost of $10. Not many stores would replace faulty shoes 18 months later. I was most impressed with this level of customer service.

Glendale nsw staff – This store has the best staff. One staff member went out of her way totally to help with understanding sizing in other country sizes. My son has a size 18 foot and it's impossible to find shoes but this lady helped in every way.
