HE TEKA TE KORERO – My order had it shipped to nz never came through.. Must of fell off the cargo ship and drowned or some how wanted to jump off the plane and took my refund.. Scammed.. Tracking number I was given was wrong.. Made connection with [Content Removed] searched through bank statements to find these people..
poor accountability if you do not receive your product – Bought 4 x large ornamental vase with flowers each approx 6 feet high. E mail stating did not receive. First count in a lie when stated that they checked and items delivered. Then stated that they checked with distributor and stated they said they ALL 4 vases lost. When the subject of refund was broached they only offered refund for 1 vase stating that they work hard for their money and this cost them- apparently I do not work hard for my money Cost involved was over $ 160-00 ( AU)- no accountability. Then they stopped communicating when I said that their offer was not satisfactory and that I should not bear the cost of this company choosing a god-awful distributer
