Very poor experience – Mark from Pebble Masters came to our house to review our pool and indicate whether they could help us with our pool renovation. to take a day off work as they don’t open on weekends. We made the trip to Wetherill Park and were met by Lisa, who also seemed friendly and helpful. After choosing the colours/tiling we wanted, we were told we’d receive a quote within 2 weeks. It’s now been 7 weeks and Lisa brushes us off every time we call requesting information. She promises she’ll call us back by the end of the day once she’s ‘checked with Mark’, but never does. If they don’t think they can do the job, we’d at least appreciate feedback to that extent, rather than just being ignored or brushed off.

was a pleasant surprise. My wife and I together with our granddaughter went down to the showroom and met Lisa who was extremely helpful in choosing the Travertine coping and with granddaughters help choose the water line tiles. The process was smooth and fuss free. The tilers arrived day one, Craig and Daniel were extremely efficient removed the old coping and over 4 days laid the Travertine which transformed the look immediately. It was a pleasure having them at our home and made the job so much easier. Mark and Alex then arrived to instal the water line tiles, acid washed the pool and sealed the Travertine all in one morning, cleaned up and left two very happy pool owners in their wake. AN OUTSTANDING JOB and I would have no hesitation recommending Pebble Masters to anyone wanting a fantastic, fuss free pool renovation. WELL DONE ALL.
