This company does deserve the 5 stars. Competitive pricing, and I receive the goods within 2 days of ordering. I can't fault their service. A big thank you from me.

First time I have used this company. Ordered cat food on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday Brisbane metro. Really competitively priced and great delivery times. Will use again.

It's a little difficult to review this company as they are quite new and there may be teething problems (?). They are very similar to 77Paws and Petso in that they sell roughly the same products, use similar payment methods. The major problem I have with them is that, although they have a customer contact number, it goes to voicemail, leaving the only method of customer support at online chat.

Every time I order from them online I keep having problems with their payment system. I have to log in to Paypal to see if the payment goes through, re-log in to the site, to attempt to re- set, and, I either get annoyed and order through another site, or contact someone at the chat, who tells me they can't really do anything. I've never been able to see the VIP part where you can obtain discounts. It's really quite frustrating.
