Ordered a shirt and it had not been shipped after 17 days. Tried to contact support and the email bounced back. Wrote to the website bot who provided a phone number listed on their website to call. Phone number was disconnected. Scam website. DO NOT BUY. If you have, seek a refund through your bank ASAP.
Ordered a month ago and still haven't received the order can't get hold of them phone not connected they are now a scam such a shame as previously were good now nonexistent.
❌ do not use this company ❌ Use to be an amazing brand. Dress shirt I received was damaged, and the company is impossible to get in touch with. Emails bounce back, no answer on the phone line, no response on messenger. The business has been bought by an American company and appears to be running it into the ground.

Customer service is non-existent. Have tried numerous times to contact them about an order that wasn't fulfilled. Their phone number is disconnected and I have had zero responses from my emails to their two email addresses. They took my money and didn't give me what I paid for, and do not communicate. I would look elsewhere for locally made clothing and actual customer service
