Atrocious customer service – We ordered 100 pens with a club logo engraved on them. When received, the logo was miniscule ... 17.3 mm long! Almost unreadable! The original image agreed to was 58mm but included 20mm of the pen colour which was pink either side of the logo which supposedly made up the 58mm of logo!! The logo is the writing and the image not the barrel of the pen! Communicating with this company has been most unsatisfactory and provided no resolution to the problem. They are not interested in customer satisfaction as they claim or valuing your business! Beware! We are left with 100 useless pens which do not promote our club!
