Pentair pool pump & spas – Had a problem , with setting my pool pump rpm water flow with my Pentair pool pump. It would'nt save my settings. Sent an email to Pentair Australia asking for help. Whilst the sales Dept were responsive, they politely passed onto their tech dept, to assist me. Never got a reply, and still waiting. Won't buy another Pentair pool product, if this is how they treat their customers, with a product, which is still under warranty.

Frustrated – Customer service, what customer service? I have been waiting over 7 months for two small parts for my pool heater and as of writing still have not received the last one after numerous promised delivery dates.
